I've searched and searched, BUT THERE ARE NO DAMN JOBS THAT ARE SUITED TO MY FREAKING TALENTS!! There are no dojos nearby, the convenience store has no places, and everything else like security work doesn't fit around my schedule! I've hired a nurse to see to my dad from 9am until 10pm. I get back home at 8:15pm today. " Thank you for looking after my dad," i beam at Miss Ryoko "You can leave if you'd like I'm not going back out for the rest of the night."

"Are you sure?" She asks, i nod with a smile. "Yeah, honestly it's fine, Miss Ryoko." She was older than me but not by much, probably 2 or 3 years, but i was raised to respect my elders so i call her miss. "Y/n, thank you so much i appreciate it but, you could just call me Ryoko ya know." She says with a warm smile.,"Sure!" I say, then she leaves. I go and check on my dad, he's fast asleep. I start feeling hungry so i head to the kitchen, as i pass by the shelf i pick up the card that ken left me. I mean if nothing else i shid at least give it a try..... it might be fun.

I've decided I'll do it, i did kinda want to find a legitimate, non criminal activity job but ... there are none so ill settle. I decide to wear a black turtleneck dress, a blue cropped denim jacket and some black doc martens to match. OF COURSE I PUT ON MY RINGS, NECKLACE AND NOSE STUD because ... i like jewellery its so shiny and elegant it just adds a little clahsss yano? "Ok mis-" i stop remembering what she said last night "Ryoko, im heading out!" I call out, " Call me if you need me!". With that i'm off to go and do THE stupidest thing I've ever done in my life.

'Am i at the right adress?!' I think as i look up at this tall ass 9 story restaurant/ apartment building. I walk in and see a reception .... Wtf is this?! I thought he said "dangerous work" this looks legit asf! "Excuse me." I say as I approach the guy at reception. He doesn't look old he looks fresh out of high school, and he works here?!

"What can i do for ya, miss!" He says enthusiastically

"Umm I'm looking for Ken ... Ken Ryuguji?" I aks, and i see the expression on his face change for jist a moment.

"Of course, ma'am!" He says "Come with me." He gets up and goes through a door that says 'staff only', that change of expression didnt feel right. I follow him through the door and it immediately shuts.

"Good," he says, his voice dropping like 3 octaves lower than the "what can i do for ya!" Guy
" now we can ... talk." 🐿Boi what the hell boi🐿 (im sorry i had to, I can't escape it🥲) He turns around and attempts to roundhouse kick me in the face, I block it with my right arm and punch him hard  in the face with my left hand. "You seem quite capable for a pretty face ... who are you and whaddaya want with the boss?" He hisses.

"What is it with you guys and jumping to conclusions of rivals all the time?!" I say brushing my dress. "He told me to come here for work, hothead, calm down."

"Oh!" He said back to his chipper, eager to please self. "My bad!" He sad rubbing the back of his neck in embarrassment. "So does that mean you know about Toman."
