He wore the same uniform as shinobu but he wore a with a white-yellow gradient pattern and red flame-like ridges at the end and on his legs red with yellow flames erupting from the bottom-up, with pale brown and a pair of white with red straps. He look close Rose's face to see how beautiful she is on the outside but kind in the inside.

Blind Man: (smiling) I'm glad everyones are here.
Man with Scars: Yes, it is with good health.
Man with owlish eyes: And the sky is clear!
Blind Man: Thank you all, now then ms. rose how is your legs?
Rose: It's fine sir and I wanted to thank your children for saving my life and grim too. Thank you. (bowing her head)
