She was about to be absord by Doma then suddenly his arm is chop off from absorbing Rose and saw Kanao and Shinobu carrying Rose in her arms.

Kanao: She's injuried, master!

Doma remember his face somewhere years ago that the woman who was carrying a baby in her arms. Then, she discovered him of eating his followers and the woman fled with her child and throw it to the river. The woman was killed and devoured her flesh and bones and all. Rose was horrifed not only he killed her faithful servant, Shinobu and Kanao's sister but Inosuke's mother.
Rose: I will kill you for the murders for all their love ones. (anger)
Doma: Well, good luck to kill me. (smile at her) (lump and drip)

Rose: Do you notice the poison inside you body, now?
Doma: What.. Is... Happening? (groan)
Rose: Looks like you got yourself a gurad down. (smirked)

Rose use her most powerful form to cut off Doma's head and finally have their victory. She drop to her knees and cry that she got her revenge for the death of Hannah.
