In the later future, a government system has been planted in the earth. Sibyl system is the name. It might seemed good at first but in the later episodes it turned out to be a sick, corrupted system. The government planted these detectives or as you can say cops to stop the crazy people from killing. The sibyl system established a stress or depressed rate system. They said that if you have a high stress rate, it might lead to murder. Thats why they hired detectives to stop them. The government allowed criminals that were sent to a chamber to let their depression or stress rate to decrease. They are called " Under dogs " and are allowed to kill the person because they already killed a person before.
Akane_Tsunemori, a trainee of the police force, graduated and is now doing her first mission on a cold rainy night. That night is where she met the vicious Shinya Kogami. Kogami was a part of the police force before, but one time his partner was killed so he planted revenge on this man who changed him. This man was the one who raised up crazy killers to kill innocent people in order to feel in control. Akane is now on the hunt for Shogo Makishima.
Opinion : I absolutely love this anime bc I like gore anime for no reason and crime fiction. This made me flip tables multiple times and I don't have any freakin tables to flip ;-; the animation is phenomenal it's so clear and well detailed. I-i have no words to say...... It's just so beautiful ;-; * LE sob * I highly recommend this for you if you like action anime. It's on Netflix and I hope you enjoy it.
