"I knew I would meet you here"

"Hoseok Hyung! What are you doing here?" the younger male asked with curiosity twinkling in his eyes.

An elder male with brown strands falling over his forehead, projecting a contagious smile, entered the room.

Jimin was used to being alone, he barely knew people around. Apart from his family he rarely had friends, but he enjoyed their company and craved for their attention.

"I haven't seen you around for a while, thought I should give you a visit," He gave his signature sunshine smile and tossed down on the bed.

Jimin felt his heart inflate in comfort, it felt good to know that there was someone that still cared about him, someone who took out his precious time to ask for his well-being.

"Ever since you found your mate, you are getting distanced from me, what honor did I do to receive your presence?" Jimin giggled at his own sarcasm.

"Why? I still love you the same, even though I have a mate now, you're my one and only best friend." The elder chuckled along, wrapping his arms around the younger.

Embarrassed by the sudden praise and action, Jimin looked away and glanced back through the window.

"Do you have something on your mind? You are refusing to do the dance practice with me for two days straight. You can talk to me; you know that right!?" Hoseok pulled away and tilted his head to look at Jimin who was busy staring outside.

The only thing Jimin was passionate about after his mate, was dancing. Salars like Jimin weren't permitted to dance, according to them dancing was for entertainment and a total waste of time. Jimin had to hide that he practiced dancing with Hoseok, he felt alive and at peace while dancing but  how could he ever explain his feelings to them? it wasn't worth it.

After a few minutes of comfortable silence, Jimin spoke up.

"I watched the sunset today and I realized how yellow, red colors turned into blue, dark blue and eventually black. I was wondering why yellow is bright and is the color of happiness? I just don't get why blue is the color of sadness and melancholy? They say the end is usually happy then why is the end of the day blue whereas beginnings which are supposed to be sad are yellow in the morning?"

He let out a sigh at the end and soon heard a roar of laughter from the older.

Jimin widened his eyes as he frowned at Hoseok. He was confused, how can someone laugh at such serious questions?

After noticing the severe changes on the younger's face, Hoseok held back his laughter and pursued his lips in thin line. He knew that even though Jimin's words made no sense, he still had to say something.

"You are getting extra philosophical today, did something happen?" he tried his best to control the bubbling chuckles.

Jimin shook his head in disapproval,
"It's that time of month again."

Hoseok's jaw dropped in horror dramatically, "That time of the month, what do you mean?" he almost tried to stop himself from giggling at Jimin's reaction

Jimin gaped at him, "Today is the full moon day, you know what that means to me."

"Just tell me what's on your mind. I know you want to let it out." Hoseok regained his posture and looked at Jimin, expecting an answer.

"I still haven't found him Hyung, they searched everywhere around our territory, he is nowhere to be seen. I just don't know what to do-"
He immediately looked away from Hoseok, he felt heat creeping inside his skin, tears were about to drain down his cheeks.

Hoseok got up from the bed and stood next to the younger, "You're destined to meet him Jimin. I know you both will meet soon. Take me as an example, I finally met Yoongi after so many years, didn't I?" Hoseok tried to comfort the younger by rubbing his palm along the arc of Jimin's back.

Jimin let a trail of beads descent down on his lap as he trapped his head inside his knees trying to avoid Hoseok's gaze. He didn't want the older to feel that he was fragile inside.

"Jimin tell me about him, how is he? I know you told me about him hundreds of times. But I want to hear it again," Hoseok knew that was Jimin's weak point.

Jimin wiped away his tears by his flappy wrist sleeves and looked at Hoseok with glittered eyes.

As if on cue, Jimin babbled about his potential mate, the one who he meets on the midnight of the full moon day. They say it's his dream, but he believes it's his subconsciousness. Jimin deems that his mate is a real and he hopes that he might meet him someday.

Hoseok was worried about the younger. He knew how it felt to not have a mate for long time or what they called being 'mateless' and the thought of it was terrifying.

He hoped that Jimin would meet his mate in real life and stop having those monthly daydreams. He was scared of yet another possibility which he couldn't bring out at the moment.

"Trust me Hyung after I meet him, I going to treat him like a real Prince and I can't begin to tell you how stunning he looks..." Jimin started describing his mate for the nth time.

Hoseok beamed looking at him, acting surprised after he mentioned few events as if he was hearing this for the first time.

All he wanted was for Jimin to be happy, even if he had to listen to his daydreams all day long.
But a small part was concerned, rather bothered by the thought of breaking Jimin's heart, when he stamps back into reality. As much he liked to think that whatever Jimin said was true, at the back of his mind he knew something wasn't right.

"Jimin he is technically going to be a real Prince after he mates with you," hearing Hoseok's teasing voice, Jimin slumped his shoulders and blushed bright red.

Several inappropriate thoughts clouded his mind.
