Yaoyorozu wasn't one to have many friends, most would consider her to be too 'pretentious' or even 'boring'. So she was nervous to hang out with her classmate when they invited her to go shopping, claiming it was a 'girls' day out.

The girl sat down, watching as her classmates excitedly tried out all the clothes. She didn't join them, telling them she needed a small break. It wasn't that she felt tired hanging out with them, she was just a little tad overwhelmed by how kind they were to her.

It was her first time out with friends as well, nervousness was all she could feel as she took a shaky deep breath.

Yaoyorozu was trying to enjoy her small break when she heard some commotion happening near her. Noticing a small crowd, she decided to take a look at what was happening. Trying her best to squeeze through the crowd with her polite excuse me's, she finally made it to the spot where she could see the situation without having to tiptoe over the flock of people.

"Are you sure you can't speak? You certainly don't look like it." a man spoke boldly, eyes rolling with annoyance at the person in front of him, "Stop showing me your phone and just speak up, won't you?" he was getting impatient as he raised his voice, Yaoyorozu felt like she was watching a one-sided argument between a teacher with their student.

It was quite the scene, the girl who was holding her phone was clearly panicking as she kept pointing at her phone. Her head moved to the man, at the crowd then back to her phone. Her petite hands were signing with desperation, Yaoyoruzu could see the slight trembling with each pause getting shakier than the first.

Yaoyorozu was fluent in multiple languages, which included sign language as well. This was something she could easily resolve in mere minutes — help the girl with her ordering, knock some sense into the man for his rude attitude and give a few comforting words to the poorly shaken up girl. A well-calculated plan for a near-perfect outcome, it was an unchangeable habit that was coded into her ever since she could write and read. "Perfection is absolute" Her parents viewed flawlessness almost as a deity, something to be worshipped about. She never understood why even as a child she was never allowed to make mistakes, they acted like it was a sin, a taboo; like they were heinous crimes. She was never meant to question why, nor how it would even be possible to achieve such pristineness. A sharp exhale; now was not the time, she had a girl to save.

She halted her steps, someone had beat her to it, interrupting her ideal plan in progress.

"I can help you order." he signed, his response so straightforward it seemed a bit familiar. He appeared beside the helpless girl, seemingly out of nowhere. The man on the counter attempted to hide his surprise with a forced cough.

The girl perked up, like a sad puppy finally getting the attention it wanted. She signed ably; Yaoyorozu perfectly assimilated what was portrayed by her. Translating what was signed internally in her mind, her answer nearly matched up to the boy's sentence. "She wants Set A with no prawns since she's allergic to them," he said, not having any problem understanding the girl.

The man let out a big sigh, shaking his head in response. "Why didn't you just tell me then? Instead of doing all of this?" he did a more dramatic version of the girl's signing, waving his hands around in a mocking tone. His attention fixated on the timid girl as she fumbled with her hands queasily.

"Well, you have eyes, don't you? My suggestion would be to donate them away so your existence wouldn't be so redundant. It'll be a nice contribution to society, a win-win situation now, isn't it?" the boy said nonchalantly before walking off into the distance. The man was left agape but quickly came to his senses only to yell incoherent curses at the boy who was already long gone.
