For the first few years of her life Rachel hated the season called Fall. In her eyes Fall was the season of death. It was the season in which the once beautiful trees turned their leaves orange before falling to the ground and die.

But Martha Kent made her see otherwise.

Martha taught her that Fall was the last few warm moments before the cold and to never waste it by spending its time hating it. So Rachel did just that, but when it could get any better the weekend came by making her think otherwise. People would donate stuff they had to people who needed it the most. And at the end of the day they're come together again for the a festival.

Rachel could help to wait for this afternoon.

"You're going to the Harvest Festival right?" Rachel asked her friend who was putting stuff in a box. They were currently in school preparing stuff for donation. "Is that even a question?" Sarah asked, receiving a humm from Rachel.

Turning to her friend Sarah stared at her for a moment expressing a look of worry.

"Are you ok?" she suddenly asked. "I'm fine," Rachel dismissed her quickly, not making eye contact with the girl. Sarah sighed, "your not" she stated.

And she was right, the past few days Rachel had been more shy than usual. It worried Sarah because She was never the shy type to begin with.

Rachel was keeping something for her and Sarah didn't know what. The only thing she knew was that it revolved around a certain Kent boy, who happens to have the same shy type personality more when it came to coming face to face with Rachel.

"No you're not fine" Sarah told her, making Rachel finally look up at her. "What's wrong?" Sarah asked, making her friend shrugg. "Nothing, '' Rachel muttered, making Sarah roll her eyes. "Rachel, something is going on with you and Jordan," she said firmly, "I want to know what it is."

"Spill the tea," Sarah blunty said. "W-what tea? There's no tea" Rachel stuttered out quickly making Sarah just raise her brow at her. "Spill," she sternly spoke, making Rachel bite her lip.

How was she going to explain that she and Jordan accidently fell asleep in the same bed and woke up to a bird freaking out on how close they were cuddling.

"So..you know the party at Wellnitz lake house" Rachel started, Sarah nodded eagerly for her to continue. "Well after Tag ran out me and Jordan went out to the woods to get some air" she said it wasn't a lie but it wasn't the entire truth either, "I accidently tripped and hurt my shoulder in the process."
