Chapter 16: This Night

Chad's POV

I can't believe he praised that guy and not me. I even get lost for words after I saw her dressed like that. She's shining in my eyes. I can't see anyone but her at that moment. Her smiling face in that seductive attire makes my heart flutter. My night is ruined because of them.

"Oppa.. You're obvious. You're too jealous. It makes my heart hurt."

"Sorry Bammy. I know I said I'll give you a chance but I've decided to make my move to Eugene. I can't give a chance to anybody if I know in myself that my eyes only sees her." She should know this even if she gets hurt.

"It's alright. I can wait for you Oppa. Hmmn.. Oppa, what comes to your mind when you see me earlier?? Do I look stunning?" She's really good at pretending.

"I thought you looked matured and very pretty. But the moment you opened your mouth and said "Oppa, I'm so pretty tonight! You agreed right?" it fades right away" Then I laughed.

"Knowing that you see also me as a pretty woman, I'm satisfied. Can I kiss you Oppa??" She suddenly blurt out.

"What? Bammy, you're crazy." This girl is really insane.

"But couples should kiss!! Everybody knows that were a couple. Only left is we." But she really resembles Eugene. I just softly laughed.

"Wait. Stop the car!!" I thought something's urgent so I stopped at the side of the road.

"Come here.." She holds my face and started to pout and slowly moving closer. I don't know what to do.

Beep!! Beep!!

It's Vince's car. The one that's honking is Charry Noona. She's glaring at me. I saw Eugene looking and I felt like I've committed a crime. But when I saw Vince with his victorious smile..

"What?! Can't I kiss my girlfriend here?" I shouted at them. Bammy laughed. Chorong Noona roll her eyes on me. Hayley looked disgusted. Ohh the maknae (Youngest) saw it too. Eugene give me her dimmed face.

"Vince let's go." I saw her touched Vince's hand on the wheel. I get mad that instant. Vince started the engine and drive away.

"Oppa.. Let's continue?" She have this teasing face.

"Quit it, Bammy. Let's go."

Vince's POV

Time to celebrate! I have no rival towards Eugene. That incident in his car proved everything. But the thing is.. She looked hurt. Is she starting to like Chad? Or Is she realizing now that she's inlove with him. Here she is beside me.. She's not herself.

"Are you okay, Eugene-ah?"

"Oh, yeah. I'm fine. Just need some fresh air."

"Let me take you at the balcony"

"Okay"

We go to the balcony and I saw her eyes tearing up.

"Eugene.. Why?"

"I'm sorry, V. I'm just hurt."

"Hurt?! Where?? Are you sick??" I'm so worried.

"Yeah.. My heart is sick. I never felt this sick before.." Now I get it. My heart is infected. It is sick too.

"So.. You like him?"

"I'm sorry.. I didn't realize it until today. When I saw his looks today. I thought I've seen a prince. My heart flutters . I can't take to see him with other girls. I want him for myself only. But I can't do that because he loved somebody. And she's more important for him. Did you see how he left our dorm without saying goodbye? It's because he's being impatient to get her kisses." Her tears flows again. My heart hurt twice as I wiped her tears. Good thing her makeup is water proof.

"Stop crying. Your face will swell." And she did.

"He's a kiss addict."

"Okay.. Let's just dance." I pull her to the dance floor. I can't leave her looking this way even though she rejected me, I'll still protect her.

We danced around the dance floor. Her mood is up again.. Until the music changed into a romantic music. I was about to reach her hands until..

"Can I have this dance?" Chad suddenly grabbed her from me.

Chad's POV

As soon as we got here, I saw Vince pulling Eugene in the dance floor. We both can dance but we're both always making mistakes the most. I saw her refusing to dance but V shows off his dancing skills to Eugene. Eugene then copy him. I can do that too. Just need a little bit practice. They're having fun and Eugene is gorgeously laughing. I can't do anything but watch until the music changes. It's my turn. I moved closer to Eugene.

"Can I have this dance?" Eugene looked surprised.

"No. Ask your girlfriend. It's not my thing though."

"What? Unbelievable." I said amused.

"But I'm about to ask you too." V said.

"Really? Then be my first dance for this night." Then she laughed. I can't believe this. My heart is like torn into pieces. I'm so upset.

"So you want to dance tonight, Eugene. As long as it's not me, right? Why so mean, Eugene? Hmmmm.. (a long deep sigh) Okay then, I'll never ask you again. Never." Then I turned around and left them. Away from them. I go outside. I went to the fountain near the Students' Night venue and tears started to flow from my face. It hurts deep inside.

Eugene's POV

I saw Chad Oppa getting hurt while saying that line before he left. I didn't mean it. I wanted to dance with him but I'm just afraid that his girlfriend will get jealous and I can't afford to see him consoling her.

"Follow him." V said

"But you're my date tonight."

"Just follow him" I saw sadness in his eyes. He's not genuinely smiling at this moment. But I still follow him. My heart.

I saw him walking towards the fountain. I followed him cause I wanted to tell him my feelings for him. I walked closer and I saw him wiping his tears. OPPA? He's crying???? My eyes tears up too. It hurts me seeing him cry.

"Oppa.." He gasped.

"W-what?!"Almost shouting, he's still not looking at me.

"I-i just wanted to say I'm sorry. I'm just teasing you."

"Okay. You can go now.!!"

"Oppa. Hmmmm.. Let's dance *sniff*." I'm sobbing right now. He never give a high tone to me but now.

"Chad!! Look at me!!! Chad!!" He knows what I mean. I know he remembers. His kiss. I want them. But he still standing there like a stone. 
"Chad! KISS ME!!" He turned around with wide eyes. He can't believe this is happening. But I want this. I want him.
