Chapter 15: Charry Unnie's Plan

Charry's POV

I saw Eugene with Chad from our room. They look like a couple. I admit that they look good together but they're both stupid. I mean it's obvious that they like each other but they're both in denial. Ugh! I can't take this anymore.

I went outside to call them and they're gestures were really sweet. They didn't even noticed me. I move closer.

"Chad.. Can we talk?" They both startled.

"Unnie?" Eugene looks confused.

"I just want to talk to Chad." I smiled at Eugene as I pull Chad away from her. I brought him to the park.

"Noona, what's up?" Chad was also puzzled.

I clear my throat and say "Why can't you say to her that you like her?" His eyes got bigger.

"W-what are you talking about? You're mistaken. It's Vince who liked Eugene not me." He looks like he'll get a heart attack any moment.

"V already confessed, right? Why can't you just admit it? You both."

"Both?" His eyes were shinning.

"Yeah.. I can see it from Eugene when she learned about your girlfriend. How she cried and got sad about it. How she can't sleep at night thinking about you."

"S-she did? Are you sure it's Eugene?"

"Yeah. Do you really like that girl?"

"Hmm.. Okay.. I'll tell you a secret. We're not really in a boyfriend-girlfriend thing. We just made it up at first because she acts like she's my girlfriend and other students misunderstood what's going on between us. Eugene asked me about that that day and Bammy butt in in our convo and she confirmed. So Eugene thought that I kept a secret without telling her. She got upset. You sure misunderstood her. I like her.. No. I love her. But for her.. I'm just a bestfriend. Vince.. I know she likes him."

"Woahhh. You love her? I knew it! There's no such thing as boy-girl bestfriend."

"So you just wanted to prove yourself then." Chad looked dissapointed.

"Yeh, sorry. But you know, I like V over you because he can't hurt Eugene."

"How can you be sure about that? I can love her more than he can."

"Because he may seem acts cute like a girl sometimes but he only acts like that when he's with Eugene. He's man enough to show his feelings until he admits it. You? What can you do for her? If she didn't request you to make canelé for her, you will not make her one. You never treat her special. So I'm voting V for her. He's more capable of making Eugene happy." Right. This is what can make him make his move. You're a genious, Charry. His face looked gloomy now.

"Hmmm.. You're right. He's more capable. Maybe I'm not really made to be her boyfriend. I'm just as bestfriend." What?! Oh Chad! You're an asshole. I'm speechless with his stupidness.

"I better get back to Eugene. I'm going home first." He walks away and I'm left there hanging. I can't believe Chad is a quitter. Ugh!! Now, I'm the bad one.

Chad's POV

My heart is like pierced with a rusty arrow after what Charry Noona said to me. I didn't realized I'm hopeless until she said it to me. Realization hit me hard on the face. Eugene is there smiling at me while waving her hand. She's smiling but when she noticed that I looked depressed she have this worried look and runs into me.

" What's wrong? You're face looked annoyed. Did Charry Unnie said something weird?" I just looked at her.

"Did she push you to admit your feelings?  Don't mind her. She just wanted to prove herself. She's trying to be a cupid of us. She thinks we... Uhmm like each other?"
What? A cupid?....
