Daniel

I wake up, rushing out of bed and running down the stairs. I have to get to my studio as quickly as possible. I didn't care what time it was, my in home studio was soundproof anyway.

I had to get there before the beat that I had in my brain from my dream disappeared. I sigh in relief when I make it to the studio and throw the door open, clicking on the light and....freeze.

WHAT THE HELL!

This was uncalled for! All my instruments, and mind you I had a ton, were thrown to the ground, some looking like they were tossed against the wall, shattering them. Claw marks everywhere once again and I feel my world go red.

The beat in my head gone and a vicious growl leaves my throat when I see my treasured cello in pieces. My heart pounding in my ears and a stinging sensation begins to spread behind my eyes. All my instruments ruined. Thousands of dollars down the drain.

What was Zach thinking?! I thought he wanted to be my mate! He promised me! A sob escaping me, he broke his promise.

My control snaps and I shift into my second form, running to Zach's bedroom at full speed, breaking his door open with my head, since I refused to stop running.

I jump onto Zach's bed, snarling ontop of him, my eyes narrowed. How could he!?

Zach slowly comes too, breaking free from the dream world and when his pretty dark brown eyes open up, they see me and he tenses up.

"D-daniel?" Zach questions.

I bark and snarl at him, specks of my saliva going everywhere. I was so mad! My heart felt like it was shredded, Zach didn't want to be here afterall. He didn't want to be my mate, a whine leaves my throat at that. He needed to leave!

"Daniel, calm down." Zach says, slowly reaching his hand out and moving it to my face.

He let's me sniff his hand and as much as I wanted to lean away from him or bite his hand off, I couldn't. I sniff his hand, letting his scent surround me, causing my body to relax a bit.

No! I didn't want to find comfort in Zach! He was a liar and untrustworthy, I needed to stay away from him, needed him to go.

Zach moves his hand up, allowing it to make contact with my ears and scratch behind them. Against my better judgment, I fall onto him, a pleased groan leaving my snout. Damn it! Why did he impact me so much!

I knew why, of course. I already admitted it to him, earlier today...or yesterday depending on what time it was.

I loved Zach, wanted to claim him, be mates together. It hasn't even been twenty-four hours though and he was already breaking his promise, breaking my trust, breaking my cello!

"Dani, what's wrong. Tell me please, let me make it better." Zach spoke softly.

I take a deep breath, trying to gain more control of myself, and it works...kind of. I was a hybrid now, so I was able to rein myself back in halfway at least.

"You broke your promise." I gruff out at him, eyes narrowed and staring deep into his out of this world brown ones.

"What? Daniel no, I would never do that to you. It wasn't me, but if you let me up, we can find out who did it." Zach tells me, still petting my ears and now my hair a bit.

"Your scent was everywhere again Zach, stop lying to me!" I growl out.

Zach meets my eyes. "I'm not, come on, let me show you something, please Dani."

I was helpless to ignore his pleading voice, his puppy dog brown eyes, the tiny pout on his plump lips.

I move off his body, instantly missing his warm body heat. Zach sitting up and turning on his lamp by his bed. He gets out of bed and walks over to his desk.

Only boxers on his form and making me lick my lips. Mate! Claim! My wolf tells me. I shake my head hard. No! He doesn't want me. I take more deep breaths, trying to gain more control of myself but emotions where raining over me left and right.

"Dani." Zach softly calls out.

I snap back to attention and walk over to him, snuggling against him as he sat in his desk chair and dropping my face to his neck, indulging in his scent.

"What room was ruined?" Zach asked me.

"Like you don't know."

"Just tell me Dani."

"My stuido." I tell him, my voice muffled against his neck.

I felt him stiffen. "Oh Daniel, am so sorry."

I lift my head back up, staring at him. "So you admit it?"

"No, am not sorry because I did it, am sorry because I know how much your stuido means to you. How many instruments you have in there, it sucks. Whoever did this needs to pay." Zach tells me, turning his head and placing a kiss on the corner of my lips.

I suck in a breath, my body flooding with warmth. No! Don't let him deceive you once again!

"Watch this Daniel." Zach says, pulling my attention to his computer.

I squint at it for a moment before I realize that I was looking at my stuido. He put cameras in my house!

Before I could open my mouth, Zach is talking. "I know! It was wrong not to ask you, but I needed to know who was doing this. Because it's not me Dani."

"Then who?" I snarl out.

Zach doesn't answer and instead rewinds the camera till about ten thirty PM, when everyone went home last night. He then fast forward it until we see the stuido door open.

Okay here we go, I narrow my eyes, trying to get a better look at the person that was in my studio but it was hard because of the pitch blackness of the lights been off.

Soon the person turns the light on, the sudden brightness even making Zach and I squint our eyes closed, having to adjust.

Once my eyes do, they widen before narrowing again. My mouth opening in a snarl.

"See not me." Zach says, looking back at me.
