Destination Despair Part Two

Y/n woke up to someone shaking him awake. Standing on his bed looming over him was Nakama. "What...? The Monokuma announcement hasn't even gone off." He said and moved the covers over his head.

"I know but I'm bored and no one else likes me." Nakama sat down. "You said we were friends."

"Ugh....fine, let me get ready then we'll go to the restaurant early," Y/n said then rolled out of bed.

He took a shower and lazily got ready for the day. Y/n went to the restaurant early and found Nakama there. The bear was sitting at one of the tables with string and beads. He looked to be making bracelets and necklaces.

"What with all this?" Y/n asked.

"Monokuma took all my bracelets and stuff so I'm making some," Nakama answered. "Wanna help."

"Sure, let me make some coffee first." Y/n went into the kitchen and saw Monokuma cooking. "That's not something you see every day," he mumbled.

"Ah! Why are you here?" Monokuma said surprised.

"I woke up early and I'm getting coffee," he answered and started up the coffee machine.

"I don't like you!" Monokuma stated causing m/n to raise a brow. "You're too calm! Be despairing!"

"Whatever." he rolled her eyes then got his coffee and joined Nakama.

He started making a bracelet while Monokuma started bringing the food to one of the tables. A little while later Monokuma left and the morning announcement went off. Y/n noticed Nakama making a ton of the same bracelet with dark purple and light purple colors.

"Why do you keep making the same one?" he asked.

"I was planning on giving these to the others," Nakama answered. "I thought a gift might lighten the mood when they all get here."

Y/n smiled at his answers. Despite Nakama acting rude and tough he really was a softy. How an AI bear could be that deep was beyond Y/n. In a way, Nakama kinda reminded him of himself.

"That's nice of you," he said.

"You're here rather early," Togami said as he entered.

"Well Nakama woke me up." he shrugged.

"For someone who doesn't trust anything you seem to be just fine trusting him." Togami pointed out.

"He's proven to be very trustworthy," Y/n said.

"I noticed you're here to protect someone, who?" He asked Nakama.

"So you noticed that too? It's no use, I already asked he won't tell." Y/n told him.

"I just don't want them to become a target for any reason," Nakama said.

"That's understandable." Byakuya nodded.

Others soon started to show up and the two finished up making the bracelets. Hajime entered the restaurant and saw Y/n sitting with Nakama. Everyone else in the restaurant seemed to be tense besides Y/n.

"Are you alright Y/n?" Hajime asked him.

"Yeah..." he said plainly.

"What are those?" He asked referring to the pile of bead bracelets on the table.

"Y/n and I made them for everyone this morning," Nakama answered. "It might help everyone feel better."

"You two came up with that?" Hajime asked.
