Monokuma rock as crust through the floor of the tower. Akane went first wanting to avenge her dear friend. The others followed swiftly. Hajime and Nagito are the only ones left.

"You and I...are just stepladders for those with ultimate titles." The mash mellow said. "I always believed I didn't mind, I know my place unlike you."

"Really this again." The brunette frowned.

"But now I see what everyone is, only one of us truly has the power to produce hope. He's the only one." Nagito's eyes swirled with madness.

"Nagito, what are you talking about?" Hajime looked at him creeped out.

"He's not the same but I can help him. I'll lead him to hope!"

"We should get inside everyone is waiting," Hajime said stepping near the mouth of the mountain.

"Everyone? You still think your like them. Reserve course students are really full of themselves." Nagito laughed maniacally as he entered the elevator.

Once everyone was inside the box descended deeper and deeper before coming to a stop. The doors opened to a sickly designed trial room. All sorts of uncanny patterns and colors littered the walls. And Monokuma sat on his throne making everything more creepy.

"Weeeeelllll! Let's get this started!" The bear cheered.

Everyone eventually found their spot at their respected podiums and the trial commenced.

"Um, I discovered Nekomarus's body a little before 7 am." Sonia started. "Hajime and Chiaki were with me, Akane and Y/n came a bit later."

"We heard the body discovery announcement and tried to go to the grape house but both the elevator and strawberry halls buttons were broken." Fuyuhiko addressed.

"Enough with the small stuff let's get to the killer already!" Akane interrupted.

"Enough with the lovers quarrel we still need to go over all the evidence to get this right." Chiaki intervened.

"She's right, this case obviously has many questions from the tower to the funhouse. We should answer those before pointings fingers at a killer. We should put together how the murder happened then we will be able to find the killer." Y/n said.

"Yes, I too have many questions about this case. Pointing fingers right now are out of the question." Sonia nodded.

"Then let's start with something easy. The murder weapon." Kazuichi stated.

"Huh?" Nagito asked condescendingly.

"Isn't it obvious?" The pink-haired boy frowned.

"If you're referring to the hammer I think you're wrong," Y/n said.

"Ya, it was totally that pillar piece," Akane said.

"But no one could even lift that!" Kazuichi looked bewildered.

"Who said anything about lifting it?" Nagito questioned.
