Richie ate his cereal quietly, not even looking at Beverley. He could feel her looking at him and he looked at her, giving her a what do you want look. Mouth full of cereal.

"Well!?? Are you excited??" She asked grinning like a fool. Her bright red hair bouncing as she clapped. Richie said nothing.

"Richie, come on. I apologized." She said standing up to stand in front of him. "I didn't even do anything to you." She mumbled, Richie almost didn't hear it. He put his bowl down next to him with more force than he meant to.

"Yes you did." He said walking out of the room to the stairs.

"Richie stop it will you!" Bev yelled at him from the bottom of the stairs.

"Eddie may forgive you because he's too nice to stay mad. Me on the other hand, I think I'll hold a grudge." He yelled back over his shoulder, climbing the stairs to his room.

"What do you have to hold a grudge about?!" She yelled following him to his room.

"YOU ALMOST OUTED EDDIE!!! IN FRONT OF TWO PEOPLE!" He screamed throwing his shirt on the ground, putting on a fresh one.

"DON'T ACT LIKE YOU DIDN'T ALREADY KNOW BEFORE THEN!" she snapped.

"IT DOESN'T MATTER!" Richie said pulling off his sweats, and he almost fell putting on his jeans. "You don't ever do something like that, ever. You have no idea how much that actually made him feel, Bev."

"Oh, and you do?" She asked crossing her arms.

"Yes you dumbass. Why wouldn't I? He tells me everything, but he didn't really have to tell me how he felt about this particular situation." He replied crossing the room to grab his back up jacket, it didn't fit as well as the one that was sat in the corner stinking up his room, but it'll do. "Look Bev, I know what you're intentions were, but you're still an idiot, and I'm simply going to make sure you know that." He said with a fake smile.

"I hate you." She said.

"I hate you right now too actually." He said back, walking past her, down the stairs to the door. He opened it and stuck his hand out as she walked down the stairs, like a butler. "Shall we?" He said smiling.

"Yea ok." She said, eyeing him skeptically and walked through the door, Richie following her.

"Rich, you can't buy every band t-shirt you see." Beverley said walking the aisle of a shop with Richie.

"I can, and I will." He said holding at least four in his hands. Eyes lighting up as he saw another. He basically ran to it.

"Richie you're literally wearing a shirt with that band on it already." She laughed rolling her eyes.

"Ok first of all, 'that band' is Abba. Second of all, this wouldn't be for me." He said smiling. He took the shirt of rack, lifting it up to get a better look at it. It was a rainbow tie dye shirt with the band logo and name on the front. Eddie would love it.

"You're kidding?" Beverley said as Richie walked to the register. He didn't have enough to buy all five so he put the four he wanted back and just bought the one he wanted for Eds.

"I know he'll like it." He said giving the shirt to the cashier.

"Mhmm." She said eyeing him curiously. "So um you're just doing things like this now?" Richie gave the man at the counter a 20 for the shirt and thanked him.

"What do you mean Beverley?" He asked in a whiny voice, tired of this topic.

"You know buying him stuff, sharing everything, being totally whipped." She said opening the exit for him. He stopped before walking through, giving her a death glare and continued through it, her next to him on the tiny streets.
