Three years later.

"How the hell do you push this thing?" Dianna moaned, staring at the new, state of the art pram they had just gotten. She held her baby in one arm and tried figuring out the problem.

"You just push it Di!" Alex said, letting go of Cassie's hand and pushing hard on pram. but it still wouldn't move.

"Don't use your strength to move it Alex! Women push these things, it cant be that hard. It must be on a brake or something!"

"Why the hell does it need a break!"

"Alex!"

"Sorry, i mean...why the Heck does it need a brake?"

"In case you want to stop"

"Why would you want to stop"

"Maybe to talk to people, i don't know"

"Who would you be talking to? No one stops with these things"

"Yes they do! All the time, in tv shows...movies..always stopping and talking!"

"Yeah, movies, not real life. Anyway, how would you be talking to?"

"Friends...neighbours!"

"Neighbours...We have no neighbours!"

"Yes we do!"

"Well, there not friendly!"

"They still might talk to us and we'd have to stop, hence a brake!"

"Don't say hence"

"I can say hence, when ever i want to say hence"

"You know i hate the word hence.."

"You can't hate a word..."

"Yes..you can, you hate the word also.."

"Alex!"

"No Dianna, i know you hate the word also, don't try and den-"

"Alex!"

"What?"

"Where's Cassie?"

They both turned left and right, north, south, east and west but they couldn't see where Cassie had gone.

They looked around the whole park. Alex ran from corner to corner while Dianna walked with her baby in her hands.

"No sign of her"

"Jesus Christ Alex, where the hell could she be?"

"Wait, there's a playground here, right?"

They both looked at each other before running in the direction of the playground. The bay hung out of Alex's arms and they both ditched the stroller.

"What kind of parents are we?"

"Its weird to think we even are parents"

"We have no idea what we're doing"

"Not one clue"

They both watched as Cassie swung on the swing where they had found her a half and hour ago. She wasn't hurt or hadn't been kidnapped. She just wanted to play on the swing.

"Well, Cassie a pretty smart kid, she'll turn out fine!"

"And about about this guy?" Dianna played with the baby's tiny fingers.

"He may only be 1 years old, but i can tell, being named after the two smartest people we know, Oscar Bill Garvey is going to be just fine!"
