Merlin x Reader

Chapter 5

It's been 2 months since I've been here and me and Merlin have become great friends. I've even made friends with Pino, Kio and Niko, Jack and Hans. We've all agreed to work together and become a hero group.

Then while we were training everyone hears a horn.

I raise an eyebrow and Pino grabs my hand.

"New kid!"

He drags me and we all stand around the door way and theres a boy about the same age as us lot standing there with two adults.

"Our little boy Arthur is here to learn how to fight. Hes gonna be a great king one day" the man says and the boy who I'm assuming is Arther smiles.

"Ah yes of course" Queenie says.

"We will take him every weekend for our family gatherings" then the parents kiss his cheek and walk away.

Queenie walks up to him and gently wraps her arm round his shoulders.

"Do you want to meet the others?"

He nods and walks up to us.

"This is Y/n. Shes pretty much new as well. She and her fearless 7 members will tell you everything you need to know about this place"

He nods and she stands up and claps her hands.

"Everyone else back to training!" Everyone else leaves and I put my arm around Arthur.

"Hiya. I'm Y/n. This is Jack, Hans, Pini,Kio and Niko and Merlin. We are the fearless 7."

"Whats that?" He asks.

"Only the futures best hero team ever!"

"Whoah that sounds awesome. WAIT ARE THOSE ELF EARS!?"

I stand next to Merlin and cross my arms happily.

"Yep! Now let's show you around"

We all show him around and I gasp and see a sword on his back.

I take it and hold it.

"Whoah. This is so cool!"

Arthur turns to me and takes it away.

"This is excalibur. The best sword ever."

"Whooaaahhh"

We finish showing him around and Queenie comes up to us.

"You lot carry on training. I'll show him to his room"

We all nod.

"Bye Arthur" everyone says and we run away to our training post.

"That Arthur dude is cool" I say while we start training.

"Obviously not as cool as me though"

I role my eyes at Merlins statement.

"I'm pretty sure everything is cooler then you Merlin"

"WHAT?! ELFIEEEE" He whins.

I gasp and hug him.

"It was a joke Merlin we all love you realllyyyyy"

He hmps and hugs me back.

I giggle and we pull away and carry on training.

Then I hear something and I turn and see Pino,Niko and Kio holding a werid contraption thing.

I raise an eyebrow and walk over behind them in awe.

"What's this?"

"Catapult" they all say in unison.

They pull a lever and a massive rock flys out and hits a post and it breaks through.

Everyone's jaw drops.

"Holy moly. I HAVE TO TEACH ME HOW TO MAKE ONE!! PLLLEEEAAASSEE"

They all look at each other and turn to me and smile.
