Chapter 20

Merlin pov:

Elfie walks to the others and i watch her leave and I go back to my room. I close my door and turn back to tall me. I look in my hand and look at Elfies necklace.

I look at myself in the mirror and I sigh.

I'm sorry Elfie. But I need to impress Red. Otherwise the fearless 8 with die. And I won't be good enough for you anymore.

I grunt and sit down on my bed.

She'll understand. She hates dwarf me. So she'll understand and forgive me.

I smile and stand up and look in the mirror but see dwarf me.

"This isnt you Merlin! You know she'll kill you" he says

"No she wont. She hates you. When I turn back to hot me. She will forgive me!"

"Do you know her at all? She doesnt care!"

"Of course she does! Who wouldn't care"

"SHE doesn't. She has told you many, many times. That as long as your still Merlin. Then she doesnt care what you look like."

"She only says that to make me feel better"

"No she doesn't! God tall me is stupid"

"Rude."

"She doesnt care. She has said that as long as your still Merlin then it's fine. But your changing."

"AM NOT!"

"ARE TO! YOU TRICKED HER AND STOLE HER NECKLACE THAT YOU GAVE HER!!"

I scoff and role my eyes.

"Am not"

"Merlin. You've known Red shoes for a day right?"

"Right"

"And your already threatening 6 years of friendship for a kiss? If that doesnt sound not Merlin like. Then I dont know anymore"

I look away from the mirror and look down at the necklace.

Then I hear the door open and I hide it behind my back and turn little again. Then I see Hans.

"Merlin. Have you seen my cook book?"

"Have you checked in the kitchen?"

"The kitchen of course!" Hans leaves. I go back to tall me and look in the mirror.

"Getting a kiss wasnt hard with this face."

Then the door opens and I shrink and hide it behind my back again getting annoyed.

"Have you seen my moisturizer?"

"No jack! Whatever it is. I haven't seen it!"

"Someone has anger issues" He mumbles and leaves.

I sigh and look down at the necklace again.

Flashback.

"This cant be real!"

"Yep. It is"

"How did you get it?!"

I smirk.

"I have my ways. Now let me help you put it on"

She chuckles and pulls her plait up and i wrap it round her neck.

"Wow real ladys man" she jokes

"I know" I chuckle.

I finish and she looks down at it and smiles.

"Thanks Merlin"

I smiles.

"Your welcome"

She hugs me.

"Your the best"

Flashback end.

I shake my head and forget the flashback and was about to walk to Red shoes. But see a dim light outside. I turn and see Red shoes holding a lamp running into the forest.

"Red shoes?"

Then I see Elfie run out and I grab my spells and run out, following them.
