Tw! Pills and implied overdose!,!!!,

Gwen walked out and away from the mess hall after the campers went to bed, caught up in her own thoughts, she zoned out on the way back to the cabin. She had noticed recently that David's mental health has gotten much better since the beginning of the summer, she was happy to see that. While she had felt shitty recently that made her feel a slight bit better.

She walked into the cabin she shared with her co-worker whom she had a crush on, she flopped down on the bed wanting to sleep, she put headphones in and then put on the playlist full of songs that reminded her of David. She turned onto her side facing his empty bed. 'He definitely doesn't like me back' After a few minutes of this, David walked in the door . "Hey Gwen!"

She looked at him surprised by his presence "oh, hey" he smiled and walked over to her "do you want to go on a walk with me?" She sat up correctly in her messy bed "sure. Just let me get my sweatshirt" she stood up and grabbed her royal blue sweatshirt from the chair "cool. Let's go!" She followed him out the door and into the woods, they could see without any flashlights or light sources because of the full moon above their heads, she glanced over at David who looked lost in thought

"Hey David?" He looked over at Gwen "yeah?" She smiled at him "your good company" he looked down at the ground worried "Gwen?" She tilted her head slightly "Mhm?" He put his hand on the back of his neck "are you ok?" She looked confused "yes, why do you ask?" She tried to hide how worried she was at the fact that David may have found a variant of items that would have made him worry about her "it's just that- gwen I found something in the cabin"

'SHIT!'  "What are you talking about?" He looked like he was building up the courage to say it "the empty pill bottle-" she stopped walking in complete shock "D-David I-" she was cut off by David hugging her tightly "please gwen... you promised you would stop" even though David had just confessed to finding the empty bottle from pills she promised him that she would stop taking she still managed to not have a total mental breakdown in front of him
"David-" she was yet again cut off by him "please stop gwen,, I beg you" she slumped her shoulders "it's my problem that nobody loves or let alone, likes me" david looked at her confused

"But Gwen.. I love you" she looked at him in complete shock "wait really!?!" She hugged him back "of course gwen!" She smiled at hearing that "I love you too david..." he backed away nervously like he shouldn't have said that "umm... we should get back to camp, it's getting late." She was surprised "oh yeah,," they head back to camp together with a lot of tension between them.
They get back
David and Gwen walk into the cabin and David stood there nervously "um Gwen? Could you sleep with me in my bed?" She smiled at him nervously "oh sure David" he layed down in his bed and patted beside him, Gwen then layed down next to him. And after a few minutes they both fell asleep,
In the morning
Gwen woke up feeling warm, David was cuddling her, she layed there to not wake him up from his sleep 'he's so warm... and comfortable' she smiles, she feels David shift in his sleep "hm.... Morning Gwen..." 'we'll ig he's not sleeping' ""morning David" he let go of her, then he sat up and stretched his arms "did you sleep well? Did your insomnia keep you up?" He yawned "actually, no for some reason" she smiled at him "that's good"

He smiled back "yeah" she got up and walked over to where she kept her condensed coffee mix and made a cup, "you want any?" She turned to David "no thank you gwen, I prefer warm brewed" she turned back to her coffee and spotted something out the window 'whatever'
