The Situation

DARIUS HIGH SCHOOL JR YEAR FLASHBACK....

It was prom night I didn't have a date, so I was being a third wheel. My home boy, Armando, was chilling with me until his date got there. Once his date got here, I was alone again, so I just had some "punch" and waited for prom to end. 30 minutes into prom, there was a beautiful girl that caught my view. She appeared to be a Latina. I thought to myself, "I have to meet this girl if I don't, I'll regret it". I moved from the wall and approached her. She greeted me with a smile. I introduced myself to her. After that, she introduced herself to me. She told me her name was Vanessa Blanco, and that she was mixed. That was just the beginning of how we fell in love.

That night Vanessa and I danced together until prom ended. We also exchanged numbers and kept in contact. We called each other every day after school it became routine we also hung out a lot. I guess you can say over 2 months I developed feelings I have never felt for someone before. It became noticeable when I hung out with Armando and every time he would ask me about her; I started uncontrollably smiling. Armando convinced me to ask her on a date so later on that day, when I saw her in the hallway, I approached her. We talked for a bit about her day and she asked me about mine.

After that I asked Vanessa "Would you like to go on a date with me Saturday night?". She replied "YES!" excitedly. 

SATURDAY NIGHT......

It's date night I'm so nervous I don't want to mess anything up. I made a reservation at an Italian fancy restaurant. We met there and Vanessa looked so beautiful her makeup was done naturally with a bold red lip to match her dress. She completely shocked me. The date went amazing and as planned. After the restaurant, we walked through the park and later went dancing. We had so much fun when I took her home it was 12 am. I walked her to the door we talked a bit as it ended she looked at me seductively. Vanessa had a sparkle when I looked into her eyes and I was being overtaken by my feelings. I slowly moved in closer to her, resting my hands on her hips, pulling her towards me so that I could feel her body against mine. Vanessa wrapped her arms around my neck.

She asked, "What are you going to do now?"

I moved one of my hands from her hip, placed one finger under her chin, and lifted her head so she was looking directly into my eyes. Then I moved into kiss her deeply and passionately. Vanessa moaned softly against my lips as she kissed me back deeper. The world disappeared it was just us in this intimate moment nothing could go wrong. Nothing could change the way I felt about Vanessa. Her body pressed against mine, her heavy breathing while she's kissing me, wanting more with every kiss. Reality returned as we pulled back from each other for air. It was getting late, so I gave her a kiss goodnight and left.

FAST FORWARD.... 

Vanessa and I dated for years with no problems. We had to deal with long distance because I wanted to go to college but she wanted to be a nail tech. So we came up with a plan I would drive back every chance I got or we would meet halfway. My junior year of college when things got rocky. While I visited Vanessa, she told me she was pregnant with my baby I was in shock but I was so happy I've always wanted a kid of my own. I know I wanted to be the father to my kids that I never had. We made it work I came back for doctors' appointments, check-ups, classes, ultrasounds, and more. I was there for all of it while balancing school. Months later, Vanessa gave birth to a baby boy my son we named him Andres Blanco-Johnson. That was the happiest day of my life. After that our relationship took a turn for the worst in everything went down hill soon after Andres was born. We argued a lot stopped visiting each other a lot eventually we just broke up and just co parent. So that's what we did a year after that incident, I met Melody and she took my heart immediately I knew I had to make her mine no matter the cost.
