Request: can we have a tony stark female reader who has an autoimmune disease and has a bad flare up day?

Notes: I hope I did this justice. This is basically based off of my personal experiences.

~~~
Before you had opened your eyes for the day, you knew it wasn't going to be the greatest day. Your autoimmune disease had decided that today was going to be a flare up day. Which meant that you were basically confined to the bed all day and that work wasn't going to be an option. Thankfully for you, your boss was currently sharing a bed with you. Not so thankfully for you, you knew Tony would then decide to worry over you all day.
You still hadn't opened when you felt Tony begin to wrap his arms around you and move over to cuddle. You failed to suppress the clearly pained whimper that slipped out of your mouth. You had immediately tensed at the contact.
"Sweetheart," Tony gently called, pulling back his arms and pushing himself up onto his forearms. "Talk to me. Is is a bad flare day?"
"Yes," you whined, nodded slightly. You turned to get a better look at him. "I'm sorry. I won't be able to work today."
"What have I told you about apologizing on days like this?"
"Don't."
"Damn right. Now, I'll make all the calls so that you won't have to deal with anything."
"Thank you."
"What's hurting at the moment? What do you need?"
"I just need to lay her a bit longer, okay? I'll let you know when I think of something."
"Okay." He leaned down and pressed the most feather-light kiss on your forehead. "I love you."
"Love you too."
Then Tony slipped out of bed. You laid there, trying to force your body to calm, while Tony was rustling around in the bathroom. When he exited, he headed straight for the bedroom door.
"Tony?" You called.
"Yes dear?" He responded, pausing at the door to give you his full attention.
"Can you actually grab my medicine?"
"Of course. I promise I won't take long."
You hummed into your pillow as a response and Tony took that as his signal to leave. After the door was shut, Tony leaned back against it. It always killed him, on your days like this. Cause most of the time all he could do was bring you meds and food. He couldn't touch you or help you really in any other way. And that was something that he'd never get used to.
Tony would never admit it to you, though he was pretty sure you knew, but he was more emotional about your autoimmune disease than you were. Perhaps it was because you had been dealing with it longer and you were stronger than him. But every flare up day made him feel useless. He couldn't fix and find solutions to so much, but he wasn't able to do it for you. The person Tony loved the most.
After his short pity party, Tony quickly got to work. He needed to make some calls so that people could pick up your work load today, and perhaps tomorrow. He also needed to grab something for you to eat and your medicine. Tony got everything done as fast as he could, to get back to you. No one got in his way, having lived with him long enough to know how he acts when you're not feeling well.
He came back into the bedroom to find you laying in the exact same spot. It wasn't all that surprising, but it was still slightly heartbreaking. Tony walked to you with the needed supplies.
"I brought you some food and your medication," Tony told you as he sat not he edge of the bed, closest to you. "Can you sit up for me?"
"Could you help me?" You asked softly.
"Sure," he nodded.
Tony set everything down and stood up to get a better angle to help you. He stood in front of you, one knee resting on the bed. His calloused hands went as carefully as they could to your back and helped you to a sitting up position. You groaned as he helped you, making Tony bite back a wince. Once Tony felt you were stable, he helped get a few more pillows behind you for comfort.
"Thank you," you whispered.
"Here," Tony grabbed the food he brought and handed it to you. "Eat as much as you can and then take your meds."
You nodded, taking the food from your boyfriends hands. Slowly, you ate as much as you could before downing your meds.
"What can I help you now?" Tony asked. "You know I can't stand seeing you like this."
You gave him a tight-lipped smile. You loved this man so much and were so grateful for him. "It's good. I'm fine."
"Liar."
"Where do you think I learned it from?"
"Seriously, Y/N, what do you need?"
"I need you to stop worrying. I'll be fine. You can go to the lab and get some work done. I'll let FRIDAY know if I need anything."
"I don't—"
"Tony. It's okay. I already know you have FRIDAY monitoring everything about it. You won't miss a thing." You took his hand and gave it a little squeeze. "Go."
Your boyfriend sighed. "Fine. But I'm only doing this because you told me to."
"Good." You smiled. "I love you."
"I love you too."
Though Tony tried not to, he ended up sulking out of the room. He didn't want to leave you, but he also knew it wasn't worth the fight and that you were right. FRIDAY was monitoring everything and would let him know the minute anything changed.
You easily noticed Tony's sulking as he left, which made you feel bad but you also wanted time for yourself. You needed time to rest and relax as best you could. Grimacing at the movement, you moved some of the pillows Tony had added behind you. You let out a long breath as you laid back and closed your eyes, falling asleep fairly quickly.
~~~

You woke up, almost in a panic. But it was just the amount of pain you were in. Your heart rate was up, you could tell. Swallowing harshly, you got enough energy to call out to FRIDAY.

"FRIDAY," you breathlessly called out. "Get Tony down here, please."

"Of course."

Tony was in deep focus on his Iron Man suit upgrades, trying really hard to focus on not worrying about you. He was in such a focus that he jumped with FRIDAY interrupted him.

"Boss," FRIDAY interrupted. "Y/N is calling for you."

Tony didn't even respond. He dropped everything and sprinted out of the lab and to your room. When he burst in, he could immediately tell that you were in an extreme amount of pain.

"What can I do?" Tony asked, rushing to your side. "What do you need?"

"Hold me," you responded. "Please."

He didn't even question it. He knew it could hurt you but if it's what you wanted, Tony wasn't going to fight you on it. All he wanted to do was help you. He climbed into bed and crawled over to you. Tony put himself around you, trying not to jostle you. Once he had found a comfortable position for the two of you, he noticed your tears.

"Hey, hey," he whispered. Tony began pressing tender kisses on your exposed skin. "It's okay... you're okay... I've got you." You continued to cry. "Shh... you're so strong, baby. You're the strongest person I know... I know it hurts. I'm so sorry." Tears began forming in his own eyes. "I wish there was more I could do. But I'm here. I've got you."

"Thank... you..." you hiccuped through the tears.

"Of course, sweetheart. Just let it out. I'm staying as long as you need, for whatever you need."

"Just hold me."

"I'm not planning on letting you go." He held a kiss to your exposed skin. "Never, ever."
