Chapter 18: Hide and Seek

Sorry for the late update. I had some personal issues. I will upload last two chapters within this week end. I hope all of you staying happy and healthy. Now story time, Let's begin.

6.00 PM

Maya and Megala went to Police Station and searched for Vishwa and Rakshan. A constable came there and told them that they are in Hospital and Harun was admitted there. Maya and Megala went to the hospital. In hospital, Vishwa was talking to Maya and Megala were came there....

Maya: Vishwa, enna aachi??? Are you ok??? {what happened?? Are you ok??}

Vishwa: Maya, take deep breath. I'm fine. I shot Harun to catch him. He's in small surgery to taken out the bullet.

Maya hugged him and checked he got any injuries or not. That time, the doctor came out from the operation room and said....

Doctor: we taken out the bullet. He is fine now. We will change him to ward within few minutes. I want say something, he didn't sleep or didn't feel dizziness for single dose of Anesthesia. We injected him 3 doses but still he didn't dizziness. We didn't the surgery when he was awake. He felt the pain. Now also he is in awake. Take a good care of him.

Vishwa: Ok Doctor. Thanks. Can I inquiry him??

Doctor: Sure. but wait for 3 days for recover and we have examine mentally and physically After 3 days, you can inquiry him. By the way, I will give his reports by tomorrow.

Vishwa: Thanks Doctor.

Doctor went from there. Megala told us she will go buy foods for us. Rakshan joined her. Vishwa informed the Constables to check with Harun. Maya and Vishwa sit at the seat and Maya landed her head on Vishwa's Shoulder. That time the hospital assistances bring Harun from the Operation Theater by stretcher bed.Maya get up and went to see Harun. He was sleeping. Suddenly, she remembered what the male maid's wife said. She about to move towards Vishwa but Harun's hand holds Maya's hand and said

Harun: 5 days left, Maya. (with devilish smile.)

Vishwa came towards Maya and pushed Harun's hand from holding Maya's hand. The hospital assistances bring him to the ward. Maya and Vishwa came out from the hospital.

Maya: 5 days left means ???

Vishwa: Nithiya's 10th years death anniversary. But you don't worry nothing will happen because we caught him.

Maya: No Vishwa. We can't stay like this. He had planned something. We should find that.

Vishwa: yeah. We will work on it. You don't worry. (cares her cheeks)

He hugged her. That time Megala and Rakshan went to rental house they were staying. They called Maya and informed to come to house. Maya told all these to Vishwa. Vishwa tell Maya first go to Police station to write the daliy report and then go house. Maya agreed to it. Both of them went to Police station. Vishwa went inside to report the daily reports to the higher officials. His higher official gave him 3 days rest for him because that was 3 days continuons holidays as public holidays. So, Harun can handover to court after three days. As for Maya, she was sitting inside the Auto and looking at the sky, thinking of something. She was thinking she missed something but she couldn't find what is that. Few minutes later, Vishwa came there and told everything.Maya nodded with yes. Both of them went to the rental house. Megala opened the door.

Megala: Vaanga ulla. (Come inside)

Maya and Vishwa came inside and four them eat the foods Four of them too tried. Sarth called them and informed that Chief was taken in Custody for 3 weeks. The inquriy still going. Then, they went to their rooms and slept. Maya couldn't sleep , because she was keep on thinking about the incidents what happened until now. She came out from the house and saw Vishwa standing in the garden side. She came towards him and touched his shoulder.
