"C'mon slowpoke!" I teased him, even more, when he starts to pant while we're walking around Piazza Navona.

"I have a car, Grachi, we could just use that." It was almost a complaint but I just laughed at him.

"We already tour the city in your car and we haven't stopped at anything. Let's just enjoy this."

I walked towards a bench near the fountain here in the Piazza for us to rest. I finally convinced him to walk around Rome instead of using the car. It was just all sightsee, wala naman kaming pinasukan na mga museums or anything like that. Besides, a car can't go to crowded places.

"I don't know... how... you're this... energetic." He slumped himself beside me, out of breath, and placed his head on my shoulders to rest.

"It's much better to explore when you're walking, admit it."

"Yea, pero nakakapagod."

"Then we'll rest, ano ka ba Xav."

While he was resting I let my eyes roam around the Piazza. It's a little bit crowded dahil hapon na. Mahaba ang buong Piazza dahil dati 'tong hippodrome for chariots to race around. I removed my sunglasses and looked up to the tall obelisk in the middle.

I smiled while looking at the fountains with marble statues on them.

Why don't people want to go here? Places here are rich with history and I might be biased but the aesthetics in Europe are just so good. It's vintage but not trying to be vintage.

Tumayo ako and took a few pictures and videos while there are still a few people near the fountain. The place seems so alive with a lot of tourists around.

"Grachi!" Xavier called me and when I looked at him there's a camera waiting to take my picture. I squinted my eyes at him and just laughed as he went near me with a smug face. "Do you want to eat?"

I looked at the row of restaurants at the side. Maraming tao at matatagalan pa yata kami if we waited for a table.

"Maybe later. Where to next?"

"Hindi ka pa pagod?" His shoulders slumped and he pouted at me.

I laughed and just dragged him out of there.

"We just walked a couple of streets come on, we'll eat after, my treat."

He leads the way and I just followed but surely enough I walk faster than him.

"You have short legs, Grachi, ba't ang bilis mo, hindi naman tayo nagmamadali."

"Ouch, ha! Can you stop insulting me with my height?"

"Grabe pinangarap mo talagang maging flight attendant dati." I stopped with his banters and put on a smug face.

"Hindi man naging flight attendant pero may-ari naman ng isang international airline. How about that?" I raised my brow and put my hands on my waist.
