You put on some comfy clothes and head downstairs to eat breakfast, your dad was already making some _____ , your favourite! You sat down to eat it, when suddenly your phone pinged again. ''Wanna sleep round mine today? My parents agreed 😩'' ''lmfao sure let me ask my dad 😩😩😩''
''Dad? Can I sleep round Miya's tonight?'' I asked, smiling at him. ''Well... if you do the dishes and clean your room, I'll consider it.'' He laughed, I knew this was most likely a no, but I still went up to my room and started to rummage though my unwanted items, throwing them away.
It was around 2 now, I went downstairs to finish washing the remaining dishes, ''Alright you can go sleep round his.'' My dad says, after I ask him for the 10,304th time.
You jump in excitement as you go to grab your bag and skateboard. Leaving the house, you say bye to your dad and stroll off.
You see Miya at the park and run over to him, giving him a big hug. He hands you over a small box, in it, a pretty pair of earrings.

We both walk back to his house, he opens the door for me and I step inside. His mum greets me, ''Hello! Y/n, right?'' She says, ''Mhm!'' I say, I'm no good with conversations.
I spent the next few hours playing video games such as Minecraft and Roblox with Miya, it soon turned 12am and he was already getting tired. ''Alright I'm gonna head to sleep now.''You say, no response. ''Miya?'' I turn around, he was already fast asleep. Suddenly, his phone notifications started going off. I trust him, but not enough to not check his phone. I lean over Miya to grab his phone, while still leaning, I check it. When I turned it on, it was open on notes. it said...
' I know ur checking my phone lol ^^ ' And the notifications? They're just from the items he bought on Amazon. He woke up and nudged me by accident, causing me to fall on top of him.

''Were you checking my phone?'' He laughs, I try to push myself off him, but he grabbed my wrist. ''What are you doing?'' I ask, before I could say anything else, he pulled me in and kissed me.
After some time, we pulled away and...well... just laughed and pulled into a hug. I'm glad to have Miya, without him, everything would just be way more challenging.
