Chapter 17: I'm here😒

Wonyoung POV

Its Monday so its the day of classes again. I'm just here in the classroom with Yujinie while reading a book. I can see she's waiting for someone, probably Minju unnie. I then saw Hyewon unnie enter the class, and it looks like she isn't surprised that Minju unnie is absent. Our teacher entered and all of us greeted him. She called us all for attendance and when she called Minju unnie nobody answered until...

"She is sick." Hyeown unnie said

I can see that Yujin unnie is shocked and probably worried for her.

Yujin POV

Minguri is sick?! And how did Hyewon unnie know???

"Yah, Hyewon unnie...how did you know that Minju is sick?" I asked her

"Well she is staying at my house" she said while taking notes

"Your house?! How?! Is she okay?!" I asked while I'm shocked

"Yah, Yujin! If you're just here to talk with others then feel free to go outside!" Our teacher said

"Sorry" I said while bowing my head

How can Minju be Hyewon unnie's house?! Like since when?! How come I do not know about this?! Is Minju okay?! And she can stay in my house instead...Like out of all my classmates she goes with hyewon unnie. Why?!

"Yah, unnie you're spacing out" Wonyoung said

I just continued taking notes while worrying because of Minju.

Wonyoung POV

Its now recess and I'm asking Yujinie to come with me.

"Unnie let's go and eat snacks together?" I asked

"No you can go alone" she said coldly

"Wae? We always eat snacks together before" I said

"Because you're not Minju, do you understand that?" she said coldly

That breaks my heart. Why is she like this to me? I stand up angrily and go to the restroom. When I'm inside I locked the door and cried. Why is she like that to me?! I understand that she worries for Minju unnie but to treat me like that...I wiped my tears and went to the canteen.

After I buy my snack I'm looking for a table to sit on until...

"Yah! Wonyoung-ah here!" Yena unnie said

I went to their table and I saw that she is with Yuri unnie of course and the others.

"Gomawo" I said while sitting

While I was eating I could see a couple flirting in front of me. Like really?-

"Yuri-ah why are you so beautiful, huh?" Yena unnie said

"Is that why you fell for me?" Yuri unnie asked while blushing

"Of course, you're beautiful, kind and I love everything about you" Yena unnie said

"Really?" Yuri unnie said while being shy

"Yeah, how about you, why did you fall for me huh?" Yena unnie said while staring at her

"Because your funny, kind and even if you're annoying I still love you" Yuri unnie said

I'm just staring at them looking disgusted, and I think I should go. Like really, flirting in front of a child. I saw them about to kiss each other and I looked away and glad Eunbi unnie saved me.

"Yah! You two can't you see a child is watching you two, huh? Stop it and continue eating" Eunbi unnie said

"Ohh sorry Wonyoung-ah, I forgot your here" Yena unnie said

"Its fine unnie" I said

But after a few seconds I can see this table full of couples, like really in front of me? A while ago Eunbi unnie said to stop flirting. Now look who's flirting with Nako unnie tsk. I really think I should go because this gang is all taken. I excused myself and finished eating my snack in my garden. While I am eating I see Yujin unnie, probably worrying about Minju unnie. Since she worries so much she doesn't even know that she broke my heart😒. I hate chu!!! I'm eating my snack until I Hyewon unnie sits beside me.

"I see your thinking deeply, feel free to share thoughts" she said

"Ohh unnie, its nothing. Anyways how's Minju unnie? Is she fine? Why is she sick?" I asked

"Ohh about that, I invited her to my house. And the other day we both got wet because of the rain, then at night she got a fever." she said

"Ohh I hope she'll be fine soon" I said

"Yeah she will...and don't worry i'm taking good care of her"

"I know unnie"

After classes I go home while walking because you know my bike is still broken. I saw Yujin unnie walking too with her bike. I approached her and ask...

"Yah! Unnie, why are you walking when you can ride your bike, hmm?" I said

"Just let me, and I hope I can see Minju today" she said

"Why are you even looking for Minju unnie, when I'm right here😒" I mumbled

"Yah! Look its because I worry for her okay. And I want to see if she's fine" she said

"Yeah, I know...and also I'm not Minju unnie, right?" I said sarcastically while walking away

Yujin POV

What does Wonyoung mean by that? Anyways, I wanna see Minju if she's fine but I don't know where Hyewon unnie lives. That's just disappointing. I decided to stay in Wonyoung's house first because I want to forget the worries and stress.

"Good afternoon" I greeted Wonyoung's parents

"Good afternoon too, Wonyoung's upstairs" her mom said

I went upstairs and saw Wonyoung in bed while reading a book. I approach her and sit in the bed also.

"Why are you here?" she said coldly

"Why can't I be here?" I said

"Wow after what you've done" she said sarcastically

"What did I do?" I asked confusingly

"Wow did you just forget what happened a while ago at recess" she said

I'm recalling what happened before recess and...OH MY GOD...did I really say that to her?! Gosh, I'm dead.

"Wonnie, Unnie is really sorry...I forgot you again because of Minju. I'm really sorry, I'll buy you mint choco ice cream. Sorry~🥺" I said while hugging her

"Just don't do that again unnie okay? It breaks my heart" she said while hugging me back

"Yes, I won't sowy I hurt my baby~"

Like I said I bought Wonyoungie a mint choco ice cream and we both ate our ice cream while talking to each other.
