A tired and pained groan escaped the injured Lady's lips as she sat up the cottage bed. The pale figure slowly opened her eyes when she heard the door crack open, followed by a gasp and hurried footsteps approaching her.
"You- You're awake!" A relieved voice rang through her ears, causing her to fully open her eyes, getting a better look of the woman. The Lady gasped as she looked around, her daughters were seriously injured but their chests rose and fell, meaning that they were still alive. Her daughters were in different beds, not very far from hers. Alcina smiled happily at the girl, opening her arms so she could hug her.
"Yes I am, but I want to know, weren't we all dead? And what happened to that stupid man-thing?" Her voice was full of confusion with a tint of poison in the end. Y/N giggled, wrapping her arms around the Lady's neck and resting her head on her shoulder.
"Well, when you supposedly died,"
Y/N slowly stood up, trying not to stumble. She glared with hatred at the man who killed her love, who ruined everything. He pointed a gun at her and shot her in the gut, at which the girl just laughed, waving a hand in front of her wound, making it heal and disappear. The man then fired multiple shots, but they were useless. It went like this until he ran out of ammo. She pointed at the yellow flask container.
"There, there's your goddamn daughter, now go and never come back, you have already done enough damage." He looked at the woman confused for a second, before taking the flask, wrapping his arm around it, preventing Y/N from taking it. The maiden groaned in annoyance.
"I am not going to take something I am not going to use! Jesus christ!" The blonde flinched at the angry yet annoyed voice of Y/N, who approached him, causing him to try and take out another loaded gun, preparing to shoot Y/N, but she was faster, punching the gun out of his hands.
"You have a family, don't you? Well, I have a family too, and the ones who you killed here were my family, you are being a selfish person..." The man lowered his arm, narrowing his eyes and sighing. They both stayed silent for some more seconds, before Y/N cleared her throat, making the blonde look at her.
"Let's make a deal..."
"Ethan Winters." The man responded. Y/N nodded.
"Let's make a deal, Ethan, I will help you to get your daughter back and kill that Miranda bitch, but you will not harm anyone who has suffered the same as her." Y/N tried to state firmly through her shaky voice. Ethan seemed hesitant for a moment before shaking Y/N's hand, sealing the deal. The girl breathed out in relief, before looking at the lying figure of Alcina and back at Ethan, who gave her a gun. As the two of them prepared to leave, Ethan suddenly stopped in his tracks.
"...Sorry." He barely whispered, but there was true guilt in his voice. Y/N just smiled tiredly at him.
"You did it for your family, you didn't knew, so don't worry."
"So you just forgave him that easily?" Alcina sounded very unpleased, almost mad at Y/N that she had let go the man that easily. Y/N chuckled nervously.
"Remember he didn't know, besides, you would have done the same for your daughters, wouldn't you?" Alcina thought for a moment before nodding, why was she always right? Y/N giggled, planting a soft kiss on the taller woman's cheek, calming her and making Alcina turn her attention to her immediately.
"But what happened to the other lords and Mother Miranda?" The Lady said worriedly, totally changing the ambience. Y/N smiled at her reassuringly, placing her hand on top of hers.
"Well, the other lords are fine, they suffered similar things like you did, and remember the deal? He didn't break it, so they are all fine and living freely." Y/N hummed while playing with Alcina's gloved fingers. The countess nodded slowly, and tapped lightly the other woman's shoulder, making her look up.
"I see, but what about Mother Miranda?" Y/N sighed, causing Alcina to frown.
"Well, about that,"
The mutated form of Miranda let out a pained and anguishing screams as she gasped for air.
"My daughter...my Eva!" A groan left her mouth when she stumbled down and calcified, breaking into pieces. The cry of a baby was heard, Rosemary Winters. Y/N watched from afar as Ethan jogged towards the baby, and scooped it up gently, holding her in his arms.
"Rose!" He caressed her cheek with his bloody hands, being very careful not to hurt her.
"Shh- Shh- It- It's alright, Rose, It's alright." Ethan reassured the baby, calming it down. But then his hand started to calcify, just like Miranda's body after the fight. He fell down to his knees, while Y/N rushed to see what was wrong.
"Ethan!" She held him, preventing him from falling down. Footsteps were heard approaching both Y/N and Ethan.
"Ethan, you did it! It's finished." A hoarse voice said. The girl looked at the man who was kneeled down on the other side of Ethan.
"I think we finished each other..." Ethan managed to mumble with his last strengths. The other man, Chris Redfield looked at the megamycete and shook his head.
"Ethan we've gotta move." He said while grabbing him by the arm, pulling him up and they started walking away from the fungal root.
"Keep moving, Ethan, there's a bomb in that thing that'll blow this whole village sky-high." Y/N's heart seemed to sink at this. She stopped moving making Chris look at her.
"I don't know who you are, but I did saw you help him fighting Miranda, thank you but we have to hurry up." Y/N hesitated, before catching up to them.
"Look at me! When I hit this trigger, we can't be anywhere near-" Chris was cut off, surprisingly by Ethan who put his hand in front of the bomb trigger.
"No, Chris listen," The man put the trigger back. Ethan looked at Y/N, who held a surprised expression across her face.
"Do you still have the venom, Y/N?" The woman's eyes seemed to widen, how didn't she thought of that earlier? Y/N nodded fastly and began searching for it in her backpack, meanwhile a confused Chris stood beside Ethan.
"What venom?" The armoured man asked confused as Y/N pulled a bag of herbs out of her backpack.
"This, this venom can kill anything with just the tiniest amount, when I say anything I mean even the megamycete." They all looked at each other.
"Also Chris, please don't blow this village up, I am helping Y/N since she helped me." Chris looked at Y/N, before sighing and giving in.
"I see, well then Y/N, please kill that mass." Y/N nodded, but before leaving, she gave Chris a piece of paper.
"Go there, they can cure Ethan, also, thank you Ethan for helping me." It's all she said before running off towards the fungal root, disappearing through the branches and tentacles. Chris helped Ethan up the helicopter where Mia was before deactivating the trigger bomb.
"Oh my god Ethan, Rose!" The woman cried in joy and relief and she hugged both of them. Ethan smiled tiredly, hugging back with the baby giggling in Mia's arms. Chris took a look at the paper and telling the pilot to head to the direction on the note. He breathed in and out, processing everything that has happened the past hours. Chris smiled at the sight of the happy family, getting lost in thoughts again, what should he do next when it's all over? Spend more time with friends...and visit...her, definitely. He chuckled sadly at the thought.
'I should really thank the Winters' and Y/N.'
"So yeah, that is how it ended." Alcina looked at the proud Y/N in awe.
"...Why did you kill Mother Miranda?" Alcina said with a rather sad yet frustrating tone. Y/N looked at her, placing a hand on her cold skin.
"Well, we found her diary while we were raiding her laboratory, she wrote that the four lords were failed experiments, with you being an almost perfect vessel for her late daughter, but discarded you because of your blood disease..." Y/N looked away, knowing that the vampire was mad.
"You are lying, she would never do such a thing, she gave me a castle and everything!" The petite girl sighed, reaching out for her backpack, pulling an old, rusty diary out and handing it to Alcina.
"It seems like it was indeed a good idea to take the diary, read it, and It will prove you wrong." The maiden crawled back, knowing that her lover could be very disappointed when she discovers the truth. The countess' eyes darted from a side to another, reading carefully each word written down on it. She dropped the diary in shock, gritting her teeth she picked it up and activated her claws, throwing the diary and slicing it to ribbons.
"Damnit!" Y/N chuckled nervously, sweat dripping from her forehead. Alcina noticed this and huffed, quickly pulling the girl closer and giving her a sweet kiss, making both of them giggle. That's when they hear coos from behind them. They take a look and discover the daughters, now awake, looking at them in an adoring way, well, Cassandra and Bela only, since Daniela had a disgusted expression.
"Awww, they are such great couple, don't you think so Daniela?" The blonde teased her younger sister, causing her to bite her index finger. Bela flinched, growling at the youngest bug meanwhile Cassandra watched everything unfold.
"Enough girls!" The booming voice of the Lady silenced the bickers. Daniela sighed, looking at the couple again.
"Hey second mother and mother, you two can kiss but just not in front of me!" They all laughed, but Y/N was awestruck. They all stopped laughing, noticing that Y/N didn't join.
"Did you just call me mother? I mean, are you already accepting me?" Daniela flashed a toothy grin, holding a thumb up.
"Of course, Y/N, I mean, second mother, If you make mother happy then you make us happy as well!" The five of them all laughed this time.
"Thank you guys, or should I say, daughters, If you are comfortable with it of cour-" She got cut off as soon as the daughters realized what Y/N had just called them.
"Yes, yes, yes, definitely yes!" The three bugs squealed happily in excitement, making Y/N and Alcina giggle. The Lady turned her head at Y/N, caressing her cheek.
"And I definitely give you the permission of calling them your daughters, they are our daughters now." Y/N leaned in, giving a soft, chaste kiss on the lips to Alcina, who returned with the same or more amount of affection. When they pulled away, Daniela had her eyes covered with the pillow, Bela and Cassandra just looked like they were going to cry.
"Hey Cass, let's plan the wedding!" Daniela hearing this, shoved the pillow away and they began gossiping and chattering while the couple shook their heads. Y/N and Alcina looked at each other.
"I love you, Alcina." Y/N said proudly, smiling at the pale woman. Alcina leaned in and kissed her lover's lips again before pulling away, lacing her fingers with Y/N's.
"I love you too, my Y/N."

See? A happy ending, crappy chapter, I am not satisfied but oh, whatever.
