An old man

It's been four days since I've been in the grandline. I'm going to head towards water seven. Then head towards Robin's mom at Ohara.

I'm currently on an abandon island. I'm going to train on this island for a couple of weeks. As I was setting up camp, I couldn't help but feel eyes on me. So I did move on carefully.

I start on meditating to have a clear conscience. I then close my eyes and focus really hard. I then started to see light. But how? I then see figures that looks like trees, and in one of them was a man staring at me.

This startled me but I didn't show. I grabbed my Kunai and threw directly at the man. Which he easily dodge.

" Woah there lady! I'm not here to harm you. I was just curious."

" Why are people so interested in me?" I peek my eyes open to see none other than Rayleigh.

" What the hell." I mumbled under my breath. Why the hell is he here? I stood up and headed towards my camp ground.

" Hey kid, how did you do that?"

" I'm pretty sure it's called observation haki." He stared in awe. I sweat drop at the sight.

" Wow! You're so young! How could you unlock observation haki?"

" Well if you must know I didn't unlock observation haki first."

" Then what did you?"

"Conqueror haki." I then heard a loud thud. I turn to see his mouth on the floor. I pick his jaw up and said something that shock him even more.

" Close your mouth, you might catch flies. Rayleigh." I then ran ahead. He finally snapped out of his dazed and chase me yelling you knew who he was.

- Few days later

" Are you going to still follow me?"
" Yeah why not?"
" *sigh* Then train me."
" What?"
" You heard me. I won't repeat myself again."

You could tell he was thinking about it. I stood there for a good five minutes before he answered yes.

" For the next three weeks train me. I will leave after."
" Well I need more time then three weeks."
" Well make it happen. I can't stay here more than that." He sighs and gives me a nod.

" We start tomorrow. And don't think just because your a kid or a girl I won't hit you."

" I would expect nothing less." Smirking as I wave goodnight to the old man.

- The next morning

" Ok put this blind fold on."
" Why?" He then hit me on my head.
" Because I said so!" I put the blindfold on as I rubbed my head.

" This exercise is to improve your observation skills." I nodded to get started.

- Few hours later

" Damn old man! Couldn't you hit a little bit soft."
" No. Your enemies won't show you mercy even if you beg." I sigh as I know he's right.

" For the next week will be improving on your observation skills."

- Next week

" 495....496.........497.......498......499...500!"

" Yes I made it!"

" I'm surprised! Usually it would be 200 but 500...good job kid."

" Thanks grandpa!" I then realized what I did. I cover my mouth quickly.
" Sorry, it just slipped." He then stares at me for a good minute before saying,

" It's all good! It's better than being called old man!" I then let a small grin out. Which shocked him completely. I then turn around and headed to camp.

What I missed was the warming smile he gave back to me. When he finally caught up to me he told me that this week are working on armament haki. This is going to be a long week.

- The next week

" Now that I think about it. This is my last week with you."

" ~ Don't say it like that." He whined as I rolled my eyes.

" What are we going to to working on this week."

" We're working on your conquer haki. Since it's a week I'll only be able to guide you to unlock fully. The rest is up to you."

" Ok."

- The last day

" I'm leaving!"
" ~ Don't go. Stay with me."
" I can't my business that I have to take care of is a life and death situation!" I yell as he clings onto me and wont let go.

" I have to go." He finally let's go and smiles.
" Don't forget me."
" Me. Forget You. Never." I sarcastically smiled.

I climbed onto my boat and turn to face him.
" Don't forget me. I'll see you soon, Grandpa."
