Chapter 15

Pusan National University Hospital 6:00 PM KST

Irene, Seul, Wendy, Yeri, and Nari are with Haetnim while Joy decided to accompany Sungjae while he pays for Haetnim's hospital bills.

Joy can't help but to feel annoyed on the way the cashier talks and acts towards Sungjae. The cashier is trying to seduce Sungjae and acts as if Joy isn't with him. Sungjae isn't paying much attention to her so she continues to try and get it. She stood up from her seat to get something and walked while rocking her hips that made Joy fuming mad.

Sungjae is getting weirded out on why the cashier is taking too long to process everything. It doesn't usually take this long. He smirked when he saw the cashier walking back to them as he also guessed the reason and Joy saw that smirk.

"God I'd like to rip that smirk on this guys face." Joy thought as she was so mad.

The cashier came back longer than expected while still walking like that. Joy had a hunch on how she took longer than expected based on her looks. She's guessing the cashier took a bit longer because she retouch her make up and bathe on perfume. She was already done processing everything but they're unable to return yet since the cashier keeps flirting with Sungjae that made Joy snapped.

"Sungjae Oppa let's go! Our baby Haetnim must be waiting for us to return!" Joy suddenly blurted that made Sungjae surprised and his ears turning red. Sungjae quickly bowed to the stunned cashier and quickly followed.

They all went to the hotel they settled in together with the mother and daughter. They settled in the dining room in Sungjae's room so they can all eat the dinner Sungjae got them delivered together. They ate happily and Sungjae insisted to Drive Nari to her friend's apartment.

Nari will be sleeping in Sungjae's room so the girls assumed Joy will be sleeping there as well that gave them an opportunity to tease her.

"Make sure to let Haetnim sleep on our room if you and Sungjae wish to give her a playmate." Irene started that made Joy flustered.

"Yeah spare the baby on the noise you guys will make." Seul added as they kept on teasing Joy who couldn't protest as she can't seem to utter words.

"We'll be on standby in case that happens." They kept on pushing Joy's button.

"W-what are you guys talking about!?" Joy awkwardly uttered making the girls burst out laughing.

"Gosh you're so obvious." Yeri laughed louder.

"Shut it I'm not sleeping here. I'm going back to our room as soon as Haetnim sleeps." Joy defended trying to end their teasing.

"Arasseo, we'll keep the door unlocked for you." And they walked out but before they closed the door.

"Or for Haetnim so she wouldn't witness you guys." Irene said as she quickly closed the door.

Joy just focused on Haetnim trying to shake up her naughty imagination.

Sungjae arrived a few minutes later. Haetnim was still awake.

"Sungjae can you carry her?? I'll just take a bath." Joy asked.

"Sure thing." Sungjae scooped up Haetnim to his embrace as he baby talked.

Joy took a shower at the girls' room and just went back to Sungjae's room. Haetnim and Sungjae are laying down the bed with Sungjae facing Haetnim.

Joy can't help but gushed the situation the both in. Haetnim was holding Sungjae's index finger while Sungjae plants gentle kisses onto Haetnim's little hands making the baby smile every kiss she receives. Joy gently laid down beside Haetnim while she also faced Haetnim. Giggling softly whenever Haetnim smiles because of Sungjae.
