Chapter 18

The Boys' House 6:00 AM

Sungjae's new reliable alarm woke him up successfully again. Looks like Sungjae's mornings would be like this since Haetnim will stay at his room for the time being.

He carried Haetnim before he thought he should wake Joy up. He figured it would relieve them some embarrassment and as well as teasing from the boys if they'll wake up a earlier.

He went to his bathroom first to change Haetnim's diapers. Haetnim stopped crying after Sungjae changed her diapers so he laid her down to her bathtub. He brushed his teeth quickly while looking at Haetnim whose smiling back at him. He dumped some water on his face and then shaved his face before scooping Haetnim back to his embrace. He went back to his room to wake Joy up.

"Sooyoung-ah wake up already." Sungjae called her before gently shaking her body using his feet as his hands were gently supporting Haetnim's neck and back. Joy stretched her limbs first before she opened her eyes. Joy giggled upon seeing the both of them.

"Good morning baby." Joy kissed Haetnim's forehead.

"Good morning Oppa." Joy smiled at Sungjae.

"You should fix yourself up now before we get some sunlight." Sungjae suggested which Joy just nod as she stretched once again before she followed them out of Sungjae's room.

Sungjae laid down Haetnim on her baby trolley so he can fix the things they'll need while Joy readies herself before going out. Joy cleaned her face before brushing her teeth. Once everything were set, the three of them went out of the house.

They strolled around The Boys' neighborhood before they settled down at the village's garden. They played with Haetnim there while getting their Vitamin D together.

They said hi to their neighbors who were passing by at them and greeting them. They went back to the house after 15 minutes.

When they entered the house, they saw Eunkwang cooking breakfast already.

"Hyung are you the only one awake??" The family settled down at the couch.

"Ani. Minhyuk is also awake already. He'll also cook us more breakfast. What time will you get picked up Joy?? You should stay for breakfast." Eunkwang answered and then asked Joy.

"I don't know yet Oppa but I'll stay for breakfast." Joy answered and Minhyuk got out of his room.

"We should really cook more breakfast. They must've not eaten yet so I'll cook more just in case." Minhyuk made his way to the kitchen.

The boys emerged out of their rooms shortly after that. They greeted each other good mornings before they went to Haetnim. They were about to kiss Haetnim but Sungjae blocked their faces with his large hands.

"Yah! shave your faces first. Haetnim's skin might get irritated because of your guys' stubbles." Sungjae scolded them.

"Fix yourselves first. Especially you Changsub hyung, aish... How can you not remember that. Forget it, you guys better took a bath already. You'll thank me later." Sungjae pushed them to their own rooms where they have their own bathrooms.

Eunkwang and Minhyuk just laughed at the four whose being scolded by their maknae before continuing cooking their breakfast. Silently thanking themselves since they already shaved so they're safe from Sungjae's grumpiness early in the morning.

The four went out of their rooms who looked like they just also took a bath. Sungjae checked if each of them shaved before letting them get close to Haetnim.

"Aigoo this Oppa is so protective of Uri Haetnimie." Joy thought.

Each of them sat at the dining table when Eunkwang and Minhyuk called them.
