"order whatever you want Tobio-chan, it's my treat" Oikawa smiled at the still frowning Kageyama.
Kageyama knew he was being petty, but Oikawa really embarrassed him. Even if he didn't mean to, it was still mortifying for the ravenette. What if people would start talking the next day?
He wouldn't be able to get his head in the game tomorrow at practice then(Author: You gotta get'cha get'cha get'cha head in the game! Sorry I'll stop, I watch too much High school musical)
"Your orders sirs?" A waiter who looked to be roughly their age approached them.
"I'll have the chicken fillet" Oikawa said. "And coke! I want coke"
"Okay, and you?" He then turned to Kageyama.
"6,000 yen for a burger stake?! What is their stake made of, gold?!" (Author: About 52 united states dollars) "I can't afford this" Kageyama said to Oikawa, his head hanging low. "You can eat on your own, I'm not that hungry anyway"
"Tobio-chan, didn't you hear what I said?" Oikawa beamed. "I said it's my treat, so you're free to make my wallet hurt"
Tobio stared at him in disbelief. "Oh, uh..thank you" he awkwardly said.
His anger for Oikawa for earlier had momentarily vanished and he decided to order himself a large stake.
When their food arrived, Kageyama began stuffing himself. Oikawa smiled at how adorable Kageyama looked, so he took out his phone and snapped a picture, before posting is on his Facebook.
"Did you take my picture?" Kageyama asked.
"Hm? Oh yea I couldn't help myself, Tobio-chan looked so cute with stuffed cheeks, like a hamster!" Oikawa grins, showing him the picture on his gallery.
"D-delete that! I look stupid!" Kageyama tried to reach for Oikawa's phone but the other boy had pulled it away. "No way! You looked cute" Oikawa insisted on keeping it. "I thought you said we should post online so our relationship would be believable?"
"Yea but not stupid photos of me alone!" Kageyama tried to take Oikawa's phone again. "If I'm going to look stupid you should look stupid too"
"Ahh so you want a silly picture of us together then!" Oikawa smirked. "You should have just said so Tobio-chan"
"What? No that's not what I meant!"
Too late Oikawa had moved around the table and already was sitting beside Kageyama. He pulled the boy to his arms and smiled at the camera, holding out two fingers and stuck his tongue out.
SNAP!
"Here we go, a silly picture of us" Oikawa showed the picture to Kageyama, who felt like dying in embarrassment again.
He looked surprised at the picture, eyes widened and mouth slightly open, with Oikawa having his arm around him and his tongue out. "This is ridiculous" he muttered.
"Hm? Do you want another try then?"
"No, let's just eat" Kageyama muttered.
Oikawa shrugged before going back to his seat and eating his chicken.
Meanwhile, a few tables away from them, Mei was watching with a pout. Watching her ex eating and taking selfies with Oikawa was painful for her, especially when he never did any of those stuff for her unless she forced him to.
"I'm still surprised Tobio-kun is gay" she muttered, eating her salad.
She wanted to stay on good terms with Kageyama at least.
She should show her support for them! Maybe print out t-shirts with Kageyama and Oikawa's name and at the bottom it will have something written to show diversity or something!
Mei beamed excitedly as she thought of a surprise for Tobio tomorrow.
