I stared at the blood stained floor. Rye killed that man, whose name was Callum Ordeal-Dean Einstein. Ion told us his name when we tied her to a chair and made her talk. Apparently there was a lot more she had to tell us and it seems she was in our bidding because if she doesn't comply Rye can just kill her and we can find a way to shut down Xarnia.
I heard footsteps and looked up to see Rye with a grim expression staring at me, "Jacob...he's dead."
I blinked and shook my head. I looked back down at the floor. I knew Jacob was gonna die. I knew Jack was gonna die so it was easy for me to know the Jacob would die. I can't believe it though. Jack, Melody, Leok, Zachary and Jacob are all gone. They died to this game. I have to avenge them. I looked back up and Rye, "Let's have a further discussion with Ion."
Rye nodded and pulled me up. We walked into the hallway where we put the chair and Ion tied to that chair. She was looking at the floor, in deep thought. Rye started talking first, "Yo Ion. Look at us."Ion obeyed and stared at us. Her expression filled with sorrow and hatred at the same time, but there was a little sympathy that I saw in her eyes. They looked as if she somehow understood everything in our minds. Ion shook her head, "What is it?"
I sighed, "We need answers. How do we get past the block?"
Ion chuckled lightly, but stopped a couple seconds later. She sighed, "The block can only be removed by the owner. You can't contact Emma with her block on and her parents making sure that she doesn't remove the block."
I felt rage fill me up. I took and swing at the wall and a whole bunch of zeros and ones flew by my head and soon the wall slowly started becoming code. I blinked as I saw the ones make a message and the zeros were the spaces. The code made 1235. It kept getting bigger and I turned to Ion who looked as stunned as I felt. I crossed my arms, "I say screw her parents. I'm gonna hack into her system...through the direct code I just revealed."
Rye snickered and gave me a thumbs up. Ion frantically shook her head, "That code is too dangerous! There's a reason we have a firewall protecting it!"
I laughed a laugh that felt better than ever to get out, "And I just broke it." I turned to the code and put my hand in it. I felt being pulled in and soon I was floating in code.
Emma;
I don't know what to do...should I take away the block? Should I do it regardless of what my parents say? If I do I can communicate with him. Plus, he's my friend. I deserve to talk to them, especially if my parents are the reason I am here. I went to Kai's account and my hand hovered over the unblock button. I gulped and made my choice.
