"Mike! micheal walker, get your ass out of bed, it's 5: 30 already!" jenna walker yelled as she strolled into her brother's room.

receiving no response, she grabbed the nearest pillow, and started hitting his head repeatedly "get up, we're gonna be late!" she said between his stifled groans.

finally waking up, Mike's hand shot out, snatching the pillow from jenna's hands, looking up at her with a glare.

jenna's hands were folded in front of her, an innocent smile on her face as she stared down at him" rise and shine sleepy head! " she giggled as he rolled over to look at the clock" it's 5: 34, aren't the buses moving at 7? " he mumbled as he flopped back on the bed.

" that's true but, as counselors, it's our job to be there by 6:30 to make sure all the kids are in their seats so, chop chop, you got 40 minutes to get ready! " she clapped before strolling out of the room, leaving Mike to look after her in confusion.

"it's way to early to be this energetic .." he sighed before slipping out of the bed, a hand running through his hair, pushing it away as he started to get ready.

"are you guys sure you backed everything? clothes, undergarments. oh, jenna don't forget you're personal hygiene case like last year." Carrie walker asked as she ran around the kitchen frantically, pouring coffee and making eggs.

She turned to look at her daughter in time to see her nodding with her mouth ful, she turned to look at Mike, who was slurping his coffee, looking ahead of himself.

jenna nudged him harshly, causing him to choke on his coffee, breaking out of his trance as he started coughing loudly, his face already turning red.

Carrie rushed over to her son, her hand patting his back, rubbing it as he started to breath normally again.

a scoff sounded from the head of the table, the two females turning to look at Howard walker, while Mike kept his gaze down, still trying to inhale as much oxygen as he could.

"stop babying him, Carrie. he's a man, he shouldn't be hurt by a little sip of coffee" his gaze rested on Mike's face, watching as his jaw clenched before he abruptly stood up.

"I'll wait for you in the car, come out once you're finished" he directed towards jenna, grabbing their bags and placing a small kiss on his mom's forehead before stalking out of the house, not bothering to look behind.

slamming the passenger door shut, he pulled out his ciggerate pack, taking one and lighting it, willing his mind to focus on anything other than what had just happened.

"you should go to camp, you can use sometime away from home" the words played in his head and he found himself agreeing with them, anything better than home, even if it's the shitty 'nightwing' camp.

the walker twins walked up to the buses, jenna skipping in front of her brother as she ran towards another brunette, squealing loudly as she threw her arms around her.

however, Mike's eyes darted to the shorter redhead next to the girls, her arms crossed as she looked at his sister, who pulled away from cindy and turned towards her, a grin pulled on her face as the two squeezed each other.

a soft smile pulled on his face as he looked at her, her eyes were closed and her face was relaxed, instead of the usual scowl that would often be present on her face.

her eyes opened and met his, instantly her smile flattered, looking at the person she hadn't seen in years, she frowned as he broke their eye contact, looking anywhere but her eyes.

She was brought back to reality as Jenna pulled away, the grin returning to her face as she looked at her "I missed you guys so much" jenna chirped lightly before looking behind her "Mike! come on!" she urged the boy forward before turning back to the girls and rolling her eyes "boys.." she let out, cindy giggled and ziggy allowed a small smile to appear.

"hello ladies" he smirked as he came to a stop next to his sister, placing his duffle bag to hug cindy, the girl pulling away with a smile on her face " welcome back, Mike. we really missed you" she stepped back, her hands going behind her back.

"thank you, cindy!" he smiled back at the girl before turning to look at ziggy who was looking at the campers arriving "what no hug for me?" he smirked as he crossed his arms over his chest, earning a scoff from the redhead.

he clicked his tongue "thats no way to treat your boyfriend, princess" he taunted, causing ziggy to look at him with a glare, tho a mocking smile played on her lips "I would rather gouge my eyes out" her smile stayed in place as the two continued staring at each other.

unaware of the gazes on them, cindy eyed them with confusion, while jenna pursed her lips, exchanging looks between her and cindy in silence.

the silence was cut as Tommy appeared from somewhere behind cindy, his smile flattered lightly as he saw both Mike and ziggy having a staring contest while his girlfriend and jenna stood off to the side, watching in silence "what did I miss?" he questioned loud enough for them to hear.

that seemed to snap the two out of their little world as Mike turned to look at his bestfriend, a grin broke on his face, he walked forward to wrap him in a hug, both boys patting each other's back, he pulled away as Tommy went back next to cindy "it's good to finally have you back!" he said as he wrapped an arm around Cindy's waist.

before anyone else could utter a word, the buses honked, announcing that it was time to get moving.

Mike grabbed both his and jenna's bag, placing them on the bus before climbing up, unfortunately for him, the only chair left was next to ziggy "perfect" he muttered under his breath, going to set next to the girl, who had her nose buried in a book, upon closer look, he discovered that it was Carrie by Stephen King.

he chuckled lowly before leaning back as the bus began moving.

Disclaimer : I forgot to say this before so I'll say it now.

I aged up the character so that means that the twins are both 18, while ziggy is 16 instead of 14 to make it a bit suitable for the readers as having a 14 year old and a 18 year old together is so wrong in my opinion.
