"what is it?" ziggy asked as she gazed uneasily at the Skeleton hand in front of her.

"it's Sarah fier's lost hand!" Alice exclaimed as she moved her gaze up to the redhead "nurse Lane, she spent her entire life, looking for this. A way to stop the curse that killed her daughter" cindy explained as she looked at the hand in fascination.

"without her hand, her grip on the land holds firm, the curse will last, until body and hand reunite " alice pointed to the text in the journal as she placed it in front of ziggy and jenna , they looked at the journal, ziggy recognising it from earlier.

" that lead us to the bone and if the legend is true then her body is still buried under - " " the hanging tree! " ziggy said as Alice nodded at her, her eyes filled with determination.

" we can end this, no more murders, no more curse, no more pain " Cindy's voice cracked slightly as she looked at Tommy's body" we can save shadyside, tonight! " she continued, looking between the three that sat in front of her.

Ziggy pulled the hand closer to her, looking like she was in a trance, not feeling the blood that oozed out of her nose, a drop of her blood landed on the bone and suddenly she gasped as images flashed I front of her eyes, a boy with his eyes gauged out, the witch was screaming, a book, a preson clad in a black Cape with a mask on, the witch's mark, and the names on the wall.

"ziggy!" both cindy and jenna yelled as they grabbed her hands, pulling her out of her trance, she looked at them, her eyes showing fear as her eyes settled on Cindy's worried one "my nose, it bleed on the hand and - I think I just saw her!" she said as her hand reached for her nose "saw who?" Jenna asked as she looked at her, already dreading the answer.

"Sarah fier, she was angry" she warned as Alice spoke up "we have to burry this thing, right fucking now!" she demanded as cindy nodded and got up and went to collect what they might need.

"am I  supposed to use my fucking hands or what?" Alice joked as she gestured for herself "you are not coming!" cindy deadpaned as she looked sternly at alice, jenna nodded at her " you're injured Alice, any more movement and you're leg is gonna be useless forever " now that, scientifically, can't happen, but Alice didn't need to know.

They both watched as Alice Shook her head with a small scoff "what are you talking about? I can hop just fine" she hopped to the front of the room, turning to look at the two girls, who looked at her blankly, their heads tilted to the side.

Alice's eyes filled with tears as her smile dropped " I watched my dad go to jail when I was six, I watched my mom steal so that I could eat, first time I cut myself I was twelve after, well you both know. And tonight, I watched your perfect boyfriend turn into a monster and kill the only person I've ever loved, I've waited my whole fucking life for this and now I've found it, so let me see this through, for arne, for Tommy, for Mike, for everyone we lost tonight , for shadyside "she said looking between the three who nodded at her words.

" for shadyside" they repeated after her, feeling a new spark of hope within them that was quickly shut down as cindy yelled at alice to watch out.

as the girl turned around she was met with Tommy swinging his axe, hitting her right in the chest, cindy let out a cry as she hit Tommy with the shovel in her hand, knocking the axe out of his hand, she shoved the tip of the shovel into his neck, applying all her force to it "fucking die! Why won't you fucking die?" she yelled as she continued applying force until his head fell off his body, rolling onto the floor.

both jenna and ziggy screamed while holding onto each other , jenna stared wide eyed at the corpse as cindy ran towards alice, crying and begging her to stay awake, she held the crying girl tightly as she lowered both of them to the ground, unable to hold her sobs in.
