Things You Needed:
voodoo doll
lock & key
jar that a doll can fit inside
5 candles
matches or lighter
his picture (face)
dark room
clean floor
White salt (optional)
chalk
Tape or something to attach the picture to the cloth
scissors
metal hole maker or anything to make holes
Black strings or ribbons

How to do it?

Do protection spells first. Calm and get all worries out of your head. Make sure you are inside the room where no one can disturb you. No light just a beam of moon. Sit down to the floor in any position you are comfortable. Prepare all things above.
Grab your voodoo doll and picture of your beloved cheater husband. Get the scissors and cut carefully the picture only get the face part of the picture. Attach it to the face of the doll using a glue. If you dont know where to buy a voodoo doll, make one.

Make a hole to his private part (the penis). Put the lock in it. Draw a pentacle on the floor using a chalk or a salt. Put the doll on the center of the pentacle. Make sure the point of star is pointing you as his wife.
Light up the candles and put them down in every corner of stars.

Stare down to the doll as you talk to it. Imagine it is your husband wherever he was.
