Well, This Just Happened

Naruto glanced at Sasuke, and judging by his expression he seemed to have figured out the true purpose of the Exam.

He had also evidently noticed that, Gaara and one of his siblings were glancing at him every now and then. It had been like that since the start of the Exam, at first it was only Gaara but he guessed one of his siblings caught him and began glancing as well.

It was a rather strange experience he was used to stares, the stares of hatred and disgust along fear every now and then. But, not the stares of curiosity. So, this is how that felt like. Strange. He closed his eyes, planning to sort out some thoughts, when he subconsciously caught something. He sighed, and opened his eyes. He caught a kunai, he looked towards the sentinel who looked astonished, along with some other participants -and sentinels alike- who caught a glimpse of what happened.

He gave a small smile "Apologies, you may have it back" He threw it back to the sentinel, and said sentinel only nodded his head in response. "Number 34, five strikes and you're out" The teen behind him, looked scared and flabbergasted. "What? It can't be" He protested with a shaky voice.

'If you wanted to lie, you could at least make it believable' Thought the blond as he placed his chin on his palm. "You and your teammates will leave immediately"

"Number 23, fail."...

"Number 27 and 43, fail"...

"It's not fair! I didn't do anything!"...

A random student stood up as he protested "No! No way! Who says I cheated five times? Where's your proof? How can you keep track of all of us? You got the wrong guy! How do you I wasn't just-" His protests were stopped by a sentinel with bandages covering the first half of his eyes, his nose and mouth the only thing left visible.

"Sorry, pal. We were chosen for this duty because we don't make mistakes like that. You couldn't even blink without us, seeing it" It was rather ironic when he was saying it.

"We're the best of the best and you, my friend, are history. Now, get out and take your teammates with you" There were several gasps and annoyed, groans.

Naruto smirked as he looked over at them. The dramatic sentinel was right, they were good- no, great at what they do. But, there were some here who had gotten away without using any special jutsu or techniques.

He diverted his eyes over to Neji Hyūga. The Hyūga and the Uchiha, had been scaled up to Gaara. The strongest out of the three of them, although it was obvious who had last place, for now.

Sasuke, could become a strong nin with the right guidance. And, Neji was already a great nin, though his belief Fate and destiny must go, it would get in the way of his growth. And, Gaara.. Well, he'd need many things. A new mindset, preferably.

He raised an amused brow, as Neji started using Byakugan (aka. White Eye/ All Seeing White Eye). It was a rather sight to see, but then he glanced over at Sasuke who was practically showing off his Dōjutsu. He had only ever seen his Master's Sharingan, it was a bit unusual not seeing his face when a Sharingan was active.

Sasuke's Sharingan had two-tomoe. It was rather impressive, but not as impressive as his brother. If Sasuke, knew that Naruto had been comparing him to his brother he would be furious, and there would be a sight to see.

"Number 59, you fail"...

"Number 33 and nine, fail"...

'That's the thirteenth team that's been dismissed' Naruto thought, as he eyed the sentinels this time.
