Okay, I cannot wait for this book to finish! For multiple reasons. One is that I'm getting kind of bored with this book and I have plans for other books in the future which i cannot put into action until this is finished. Second, I, like any writer, enjoy finishing books/pieces of writing. And third... this book just needs an ending. It's not a long book but it feels like I'm dragging it on. My point is, these are going to be the last few chapters. I would really love to hear what you want from me for the ending. Anyways, let's get on with the book!

Freddie's POV:

I was buzzing. We were all on the plane to L.A! I couldn't believe this was happening. But it was. It felt like a fairy tale. Sam sat beside me, headphones in. I looked at her phone to see that she was playing Yellow by Coldplay. She was wearing a black and white striped long sleeve t-shirt with very light blue baggy jeans and a black Nirvana crop top over her striped shirt. She had on black ankle boots and her hair was tied up into a pony tail. The hair reminded me of Melanie, her twin sister (though I still didn't know weather or not Melanie was real). Her head was resting against the window, her eyes closed. She was probably asleep. Directly behind me was Carly. She was wearing a champagne pink denim dungaree dress over top a turquoise-blue woolly sweater. She had on white vans and her hair was straightened and left out, apart from one small clump at the front which was braided. She was excitedly texting someone (probably Ryan). Gibby was in the bathroom, but he had been wearing one of those t-shirts you see on advertisements to go on holiday to Hawaii or something, you know, the floral blue t-shirt type thing? And denim shorts.

The setting sun cast golden-pink rays through the windows, it was almost like a filter. Everything was perfect. Exactly how I wanted it to be. Beside me, I felt Sam move.

"You awake?" I asked.

"I was never asleep," She snickered. "But I really need the bathroom, so could you move over a sec?"

"Kay." I moved my legs so she could pass. Then I remembered that Gibby was in the bathroom. "Oh, Sam! Gibbs is in the bathroom."

Just as I said that, we saw Gibby walking down toward his seat.

"Evidently not." She raised her eyebrow at me in a joking way and headed towards the bathroom.

As she walked away, I laid my head back, closed my eyes and fell asleep. And it was a good sleep (at least for a plane).

We were in a taxi, heading towards Hollywood Arts. We were all excited, but no one was as excited as Sam. She was bursting with excitement. The taxi driver kept trying to chat to us, which Carly didn't seem to mind but the rest of us just kind of hated. Like, okay, you once drove Zac Efron to his hotel. We don't need you bringing it up every two seconds. But nothing seemed to be able to dampen Sam's mood.

"AHHHH I can't wait!!!" Sam screamed.

Carly laughed at her. She was still obsessively texting Ryan. I was happy for Carly, of course, but her constantly being consumed by Ryan was beginning to annoy me. I felt bad about it; it's natural for a girl - or boy - to behave this way with a romantic partner. Still, it seemed sort of excessive. I decided to push away the thought. Seeing Sam so happy made me feel like a little balloon that was being inflated by joy. Just the sight of her made me want to laugh heartily.

"Okay, we're here!" The taxi driver said (finally). We thanked the guy and payed him, and then headed up to Hollywood Arts to greet the principal. As we walked up, we saw a bunch of other kids who looked insanely talented all in a line. Some were doing aerials in the middle of the parking lot, some were doing awesome dance numbers, some were reading off of scripts and some doing vocal warm ups. We nervously approached them. Sam looked a little awkward, but that was normal for Sam in social situations with new people.

"Hello! The iCarly gang! I can't believe it!" A middle aged man shook our hands. "Well, it seems we have everyone, so let's get cracking!"

The Principal gave us a tour of the school, explaining what everything was, where everything was, all the rules and information we needed along the way. Me, Carly, Sam and Gibby were going to stay in some empty classes in the drama department. We started getting settled; we split off the room so that the girls had one end and the guys had the other, just to give a little privacy. We managed to hang a long curtain across the room where we were splitting off, though it did take a lot of work. I decided to lie down and just stared at my ceiling. I had no idea how this would go, I just hoped it would go well...
