Naruto walked into into Tazuna's home with an exhausted Sasuke leaning on him
"What have you been up to? He looks like something to cat dragged in." Tazuna said
"Sasuke's perfected Tree Walking." Naruto said
"Good. Starting tomorrow, you both will be bodyguarding Tazuna." Kakashi told the boys
"Yes! Finally!" Naruto said
He dragged Sasuke over to the table and let the raven haired boy sit on an open seat, as he took the other, across from him.
"The bridge will be finished in a few days, we have you all to thank for that." Tazuna told the team
"I've been meaning to ask, why did you continue your mission after you found out I lied?" The man asked
"'Those who stray from the path of justice have no courage, but under the wing of a strong lead, cowardice can not survive.'"
"Isnt that a quote from one of the Hokage?" Naruto asked
"Yes, the Shodai." Kakashi said with an eye smile
"..Why?" Inari said
Naruto hummed in question, turning his head to Inari "What was that?" He asked
"All your training is just a waste of time! Gato has an entire army! They'll find you and beat you down and destroy you! These cool things you all say are nothing but lies! No matter what you do, the strong always win and the weak always lose!" He shouted
"Speak for yourself. Your under the protection of trained ninja now, were not like you civilians." The tailed boy said
"Shut up! Just looking at you makes my sick! You don't know anything about us, your just butting in! Always laughing and playing! You don't know what it's like to suffer and get treated like dirt!" Inari shouted
CRACK
One of Naruto's tails whipped the floor below them, they were all flailing around and snapping at the ground.
Naruto looked at the boy, the pupil of his eyes turning into slits "Don't know what it's like to suffer?" He said as if testing the words
He fanned his tails out like a peacock "These were the result of torture!" He shouted, as he stood from the chair and slammed his hands down on the table. His tails went back to flailing around wildly, as his own and bits of Kurama's killing intent leaked out
"I have been oppressed and outcasted in my own Village my entire life! I'm treated as if I don't exist, and those who do acknowledge my existence treat me as if I were some sort of demon! I get kicked out of every store I try to go into! Have you ever had knives stabbed through your hands!? Well I have! So you look at me and tell me I don't know what suffering feels like!" The blond ranted and his whiskers began to thicken
"N-Naruto.." whimpered Sakura as she looked to Inari, who was shaking and whimpering as well, in fact, everyone was effected by the killing intent, even Kakashi was frozen still
Naruto's now blood red eyes turned to glare Sakura, before he turned and stormed out of the house, killing intent leaving with him
The only person who didn't gasped for breath when the boy left was Kakashi, him sighing in relief instead
"S-sensei, was all he said true?" Sakura asked
"No, no what he gave us was the watered-down version." Kakashi said grimly
Even Sasuke shivered at that notion
It was the next day, Naruto had met up with Kakashi and Sakura outside of Tazuna's house, Sasuke was resting from the work the the blond put him through
