ALESSANDRO POV:

After Lizzie told me that Iris disrespected her and wanted to kick her out I bursted into anger and scolded Iris.

She kept on arguing with me that made me lose my temper more. I lashed out which made her cry. I felt bad for her but again she broke the house rules and should pay for what she did.

The next day she walked downstairs but when I looked at her she glared us with her deadly and dangerous eyes which made me The American Capo shiver for a bit but being the stubborn me I regained my posture soon.

But that look, what does it mean? She looked like a whole other personality. Did something happened to her in the past. Did I messed up really bad? Lots of thoughts surrounded me but soon got faded when I saw her wishing Tony with sweet voice and kisseing Jennet being all lovey-dovey. I wish I had that relationship with my daughter but I have a lots of time to make it up to her.

After Iris left, I spoke to Jason about the Company. I made sure that Jason settle down in our legal company coz I've no intention of pulling him into our dark world making his life a living hell than it already is_atleast not yet.

Nick and I were discussing about shipments when I got a call from Stephen. I lifted his call only to find him crying and panicking. That's strange Stephen never cried, not even when his mother died. Then he said those words that made my world stop.

"Dad_Iris got shot"

No_No_No_this can't be happening I can't lose my princessipa soon after I got her. I didn't even got a chance to talk to her properly. I wanted to tell her how much I loved her, I wanted to pamper her and spoil her like princess.

"Stephen where are you?", I asked trying not to break down.

" St.Memorial hospital",Stephen replied crying.

"Stay there and Stay safe. I'll be reaching there any time soon",I assured him more like I assured myself.

" Dad what happened? ",Nick asked noticing my pathetic condition.

" I_ris_ she got shot",I told him trying to hold myself.

"Holy Crap! Is she ok? Where is she now? Nothing happened to her right?", Nick asked pouring. Unlike me when it comes to family he's extra sensitive.

" We have to go to St.Memorials NOW!!!",I shouted while Nick nodded and we both ran outside.

After 1 hour we reached there and I immediately ran inside to see my baby girl only to find her in a freaking operation theatre laying down lifeless and my sons they were heart broken.

Enzo grabbed his head using hand and pouring his heart out while Stephen he's a crying mess. Nick ran inside with Jason and others. Yes, as soon as I heard about Iris, I informed them.

Jason showed no feelings like me but I can see him breaking inside, Mike in other hand was sobbing very hard while Lucas is trying to hold himself and Mike. Nick he's worse than before just at the mere sight of her.

"What happened?", I asked Stephen trying to control myself.

"W_e we_re on t_he hi_ll si_de spe_aking when S_ome_one sho_t he_r from behi_nd", Stephen replied stuttering and crying.

" What the fuck were you doing on the hill side when you were supposed to be in your fucking classes",Nick yelled grabbing stephan's collar.

Nick is Steph's younger brother but more mature than anyone in the house which made him complete his studies earlier and join me in work.

He's very intimidating towards others but becomes the exact opposite when he's with his family.

Although he never saw or knew about Iris, as soon as he heard about her he called himself the most luckiest person in this planet and the fact that she got shot made him lose his head so bad.
