" PEOPLE CALL ME DEVIL'S CLAW ", That was his answer and her eyes widened in shock.

IRIS POV:

" Now dear sister it isn't the right way to welcome your lovely daughter", Mr.X smiled sarcastically smoking a bit.

Sister what the heck is going on here?

"My daugh- Iris is that you?", she asked me with wide eyes while I nodded with hesitation.

I can't believe she's alive.Somebody just pinch me.

" Oh my god! It's really you. How are you dear? How did you get here? Are you ok? Oh gosh I forgot you probably don't know who I am?", She started rambling things which made me smile a bit realising she's just like my mother.

My mother rambles just like her when she's nervous.

"Of course, I know who you are- CASSANDRA SILVESTA. My godmother", I choked the words due to pain while she smiled at me with all the all energy left in her.

" I'm really sorry for interrupting your stupid little reunion but now it's time for my answers dear. You have 1 minute Iris, tell me how you do know Martin's are alive or else she'll be dead", Mr.X pointed a gun on her head and started counting.

"Don't you dare hurt her", I yelled in anger and pain.

"55, 54, 53-", he's still counting the time snickering a bit.

" Iris whatever it is don't tell him honey", Cassy said and in return got a punch from that bastard.

My blood was boiling with rage. I want to tear his head off from his body right now but it's not time yet Iris.

Think_Think of a way to escape this situation. Think of a way keep her safe c'mon....

"33, 32, 31-", he's still counting looking at me with expectant eyes.

Damn it Iris think something real quick I know you can do it...

"3,2-", he was about to pull the trigger when I halted him.

" I will tell you everything leave her alone please", I cried crocodile tears and decided to play innocent card to divert his gaze from her.

"No Iris. Don't", Cassy pleaded with her teary eyes.

" Now that's my girl. Spill everything Iris ,one wrong move and she dies",he warned me while I nodded wiping my fake tears.

"Two days ago I_ I got a call from_from a mysterious person. She_she told me that my family will_be in grave danger. So when the time comes she_she told me to make a deal_with the boss saying that I_I know Martins are alive. That's what I did to save my_family", I stuttered to add some spice to the scaredy cat act.

That bastard walked towards me and grabbed my hair roughly making me wince in pain.

" You thought I'll buy your fake stories Iris_wrong move. Now it's time you lose another mother", he grabbed my hair in one hand and pointed gun towards her through another.

No_No this can't be happening Iris think something to convince him...

"Wait! Just think, why would I lie to you when I knew the consequences. I really don't know who Martins are heck I don't even know my family is in Mafia till David told me about it_ask him", I tried to convince him while he turned to face David who nodded his head saying that I'm speaking the facts while I sighed in relief.
