IRIS'S POV:

It's been strange lately and my whole family was acting weirdly like very very weirdly except for twins of course. Whenever I'm trying to get hold of them either they shrug it off as nothing or try to avoid me as much as possible and believe me when I say they're really getting on my nerves now.

"Hey Rissy, are you ok?", Ann snapped me out of my thoughts.

" Umm_Yeah I'm good", I replied non-chalantly.

"It doesn't seem like you are", Hal spoke in a tone which says ' Don't you dare lie to me'.

" Relax guys it's nothing much. I was actually thinking about the way our fam was acting now-a-days. I mean don't you think that their actions are really weird since that day after in Cosmos", I shared my thoughts with them.

"Yeah even I observed that it's like they're trying to hold something back from us. Do you thinking they're hiding something really important from us", Ann questioned me.

" Honestly I don't know, but all I know is they're doing something behind our backs ", I huffed in annoyance.

" Guys slow down. Don't you think you're thinking it too far. Our family will never do something that may harm us and may be they're trying to hold us back because of the restaurant situation I mean c'mon after receiving a huge body box I don't blame them if they're being cautious about our safety and hide things from us", Hal told her views.

"You may be right Hal, but I still think there is something else to this whole dramatic situation", I sighed in frustration.

" May be Or May be not who fucking cares. For now all I care about is what the heck I'm gonna wear at the Mafia ball", Ann jumped on the bed dramatically.

"Yeah this time it's really important for us especially to you Iris as it's gonna be your intro session as The Italian and American Mafia princess", Hal words put me in deep thoughts.

" You're right we only have 2 days for the ball and most crucial fact is that babe you're turning 18", Ann cheered for me enthusiastically.

"Yeah I guess", I answered them sadly.

" Hey babe, are you alright?", Hal asked me.

"Yeah it's just mom and me were always enthusiastic about my 18th birthday. We used to plan about it almost all the time and now when I'm finally turning 18 she's not here with me to implement them. I just miss her so much guys I really do", I shed some tears remembering about our memories together.

Ann and Hal gave me their sweet hugs as if silently telling me that " I'm Not alone and she never left me".

"Ok guys enough of this dramatic shit and let's go raid our closets for the upcoming event", I said releasing them from hug.

" Yahoooo", Both of them cheered and we ran off to ride the costumes.

ANTONIO'S POV:

It's been 3 days since grandpa dropped the alliance bomb on us and since then everyone are trying to avoid Iris as much as possible out of guilt especially Jason, Victor And Uncle Alex they totally turned into working machines and always stayed in their offices since that day.

I may not be the best one to deal with emotions but I know for a fact that after the announcement Iris is gonna blow up like a ticking bomb and hate us to the guts for letting this happen to her. And about Knights I can see that Pheonix really cares about Iris but Richard I smell something fishy about him. And Aunt Liz she's way too happy to get rid of Iris through this marriage sham.
