The Meet

Linh's POV

   After we chatted for a little bit, we headed into the restaurant.  

   "Hello, are you here with the rest of the Vacker table?" a woman asked, coming up to us. She was in her late twenties and was a blonde with clear blue eyes.

  I nodded, "Yes."

   "Follow me then," the woman said before she leads us to a long table that seated all of my friends. The women left as my friends got up to greet Wylie and Tam. 

   "So, you must me Tam," Fitz said holding out his hand for Tam to shake.

   Tam nodded and gripped his hand firmly, "And you're... Fitz."

   And the greeting went by like that. The girls all hugged Wylie because they already knew him and introduced themselves to Tam. As did the boys.

   "I'm Biana Vacker, the sister of this imbecile," the brunette said gesturing towards her brother who only glared at her. I bit down a smile, something must've happened between them before we arrived because Biana seemed to have something against Fitz right now.

   Tam gave her an all too familiar smirk as he shook her hand. My eyes widened. After that, we sat down to order our food. My seat was next to Tam, so leaned closer to him and whispered, "Hands of my best friend."

   He gave me an "innocent" look, well... as innocent as he could muster because he has his eyes set on this girl.

Hey guys! I decided to make these chapters short so I could post more often instead of post a lot once a lifetime. So I will be updating more often, I just haven't been because of my busy schedule and my lack of inspiration.
