Evelynn, like always, was with the Cullens. Alice was busy planning Bella's wedding. Edward was at home with Bella.

"So, Evelynn what do you think about Bella's dress?" Alice said, sewing the last bit of the lace.

Evelynn stood in amazement as she looked at the beautiful white dress. It was definitely something Bella would like. "Bella will like it." Evelynn said. "I definitely like it. It's beautiful, Alice."

"I know!" Alice squealed. "As for you, you know-oh my god, you-" Alice covered her mouth.

Evelynn raised an eyebrow. "As for me what, Alice?"

"Well-well more like nobody knows except me, but... you know, if I told you that would change a lot of things, and we can't really have that can we?" Alice said, panicked.

Evelynn narrowed her eyes. "I guess you're right, so I should just pretend that what you were about to say didn't relate to our conversation at all?" Evelynn smiled a little at the thought. Getting married to Jasper? Evelynn knew her answer to that, but what she didn't know was when that would happen. Not that she cared, she was happy as long as she was with Jasper.

Alice sighed. "Yes, it has absolutely nothing to do with the conversation, it just reminded me of something." Alice explained. "I think we should be done with wedding stuff for tonight, yeah?"

"Ok?" Evelynn was trying not to think about it. How can one be clueless? Evelynn wasn't really asking herself, she was just trying to forget about this entire conversation. "Nobody knows." Jasper didn't know about it, so that left Evelynn to wonder if she proposed to him as Alice and her headed down the stairs.

The faces of everyone in the living proved they were listening, especially Jasper. He looked, surprised. Carlisle and Esme were hiding smiles, Rosalie seemed to be minding her business, but Emmett was grinning ear to ear.

Evelynn tried her best to ignore this as she sat down next to Jasper, laying a head on his shoulder. Jasper moved his arm, so that it'd be comfortably around her.

"Carlisle, do you know where my 'fashion book' is?" Alice rolled her eyes, putting the words fashion book in air quotes.

"It's on the same shelf as always dear." Esme answered, not looking away from her book.

"I thought I left it in my room?" Alice questioned, confused.

"You did," Esme answered mindlessly. Alice looked panicked. "don't worry I didn't see the dress, you only had the fabric out." Alice relaxed. It was vital to her that no one saw the dress but Evelynn. Evelynn kept her mind safe enough that Alice let her see the dress, especially because she needed something she knew Bella would be comfortable in. Alice new she was already doing a bit too much; Alice wanted Bella to at least be comfortable in what she was wearing.

"Okay, thank you!" Alice nodded, looking stressed. Evelynn tried to ignore this as she fidgeted with her rings, marrying Jasper? Nope. No more rings. Evelynn stared at her hands in her lap, pulling away from the comfort of Jasper's arms.

"What's wrong?" He muttered, making the room turn away from their things momentarily.

"Nothing, just thinking." Evelynn said honestly.

"About what?" Jasper asked.

Evelynn smiled a little. "Just trust me on this, okay?"

Jasper smiled knowingly. "Fine, but don't turn into some obsession."

"Says you." Evelynn shook her head, her comeback was definitely not a comeback, but it was funny knowing everyone in the room was listening to the whispered conversation.

I hope y'all liked this short chapter as well! I'm trying to get out of my writers block so I literally started watching the twilight movies again so that I'd get upset that I haven't finished the series yet and continue writing💀
