"WHO'S THERE?" Shout Judas to the mysterious figure behind him. The person immediately knocked Nella out cold. The person did that with a hit to her stomach to the point she lost consciousness instantly. That was the last thing Nella remembered about the mysterious person.
At some other place, Kuro met with General Blackfeather. The General told him that he had sent out his men to guard the village while they both going to Judas' home once again. Kuro nodded and they immediately set out to the tower in the middle of the village. They dashed through the busy villagers that were still having fun and soon they arrived. They noticed that the window on top of the tower was opened and there was a rope attached to the top of the tower. Without any time to think, Blackfeather breached the gate and also the front door to the top floor. It was messy, signs of a fight could be seen everywhere. Broken glass, holes on the wall and floor, cracks on the wall, torn picture, and many more. At the top most of the tower they both saw only a person lying there. It was Judas, he was in pain trying to crawl to Kuro and Blackfeather.
"Judas, what happened" Kuro surprised and asked him what had happened. Unable to hear clearly he only said, "please.......... Save". He spoke with difficulty. Blackfeather told him to take it easy and talk slowly. "He...... attack....i..am... worried..about....". That was the last sentence he told before he lost consciousness. Kuro brought him to his room with Blackfeather's help. Blackfeather noticed something amiss from the last sentence he said about it. He asked Kuro if he noticed anything which Kuro found nothing suspicious. But Kuro wondered where Nella was since they hadn't seen her in the tower. It was at the time when Kuro mentioned Nella that Blackfeather knew what was wrong.
"Kuro, we chased after the assailant now! They must be nearby still" Blackfeather jumped down from the tower and landed with the aid of magic. Kuro still didn't understand what he noticed about it but he followed the General's command to follow him. Kuro asked Blackfeather what he noticed from those sentence Judas talked about. Blackfeather told Kuro to really remember every little detail that happened during their visit to the tower. Kuro tried to remember everything from what he saw to what he heard. Finally, Kuro knew what was wrong from those sentence. Blackfeather told Kuro split up and prepare an ambush while he would confront the culprit directly. With that, the only people who knew the truth set out to capture the culprit.
NORTH GATE
"WHAT TOOK THEM SO LONG. THEY ALREADY LATE FOR 10 MINUTES ALREADY. GEEZ THIS STUPID SLOWPOKE." Two figures each wearing a cloak talking to each other with one of them seemed mad about their teammate being late. It looked like they just needed for the said teammate to come to ensure the success of their plan. Unfortunately for them, while they were arguing, Blackfeather slowly approached them from behind. With killing intent, he leaped so fast that he instantly on the pointblank range of the two figures. "slash" sound of Blackfeather's giant sword splitting the lower half of the mysterious figure. One of them manage to dodge at last second due to it being more experienced in battle.
The man could only defend from the general's attack. Unmatched in all terms, Blackfeather kept chasing the man while the man was trying to escape with all his might. He knew the skill gap and used everything he could find to stall the general. He was moving through the villager's property while defending from attack wth a style Blackfeather recognized. The chase kept going but the hustle bustle of the festival had hidden the loud clash of blades. Eventually through sheer luck the man managed to go out of the village from the wall. Blackfeather knew he couldn't stop him since he used civillian's house as route for escape and the fact he always passed by someone's home so the general couldn't use his full force to catch him. It was at that time when Kuro suddenly appeared out of nowhere. The man managed to avoid the blow but he lost footing and fell resulting in him losing the coat he was wearing as the result of the ambush too.
