adventures with the bad batch

part nine (between ep6 and 7)

I got out of bed and realised that I was the first awake so I decided to meditate, I went to the main room went to the corner next to the entrance to omegas room and kneeled down.

focus. breathe in and out, in and out.

breathe.

I opened my eyes and I was standing in a pitch black room of nothingness, it was quiet, peaceful

"young one" some one whispered, I looked around and all I could see was blackness, I walked forward a bit before hearing "young one" again

"hello, is anyone there?" I asked

"focus you must" someone said again, it kinda sounded like.....MASTER YODA. I needed to see him, hear him, so I closed my eyes and connected even deeper with the force, before opening them and seeing him standing on a rock.

"MASTER" I yelled almost crying with happiness, master Yoda was almost like a father to me, well a really old father, and I missed him so much

"hello, little one" he said as I ran up to him and kneeled just in front of him to reach his height

"master I missed you so much, are you okay?"

"alright I am, though I am still mourning", he said before I gave him a hug, my master, mentor, the one person I could always rely on, standing right in front of me after so long.

"I went from seeing you everyday, to not seeing you in weeks" I said tearing up

"my child, missed you too, I did" he said wiping the tear off my face, "glad you are okay, I am"

"master, where are you? are you safe?"

"safe I am" he nodded, but I couldn't help but tear up more as he placed his small Hand on my face "good people you are with, stay with them you must", I smiled after he said that

"but master, I don't want to leave you alone, I can come stay with you"

"no, fight, survive, live without me, you must", "put all of your training to waste you will not"

"bu-" I said before he cut me off

"the time is over as me fighting as a Jedi, for you it is only the beginning" he said

"but I want to see you" I sniffled

"meet again we will my child, our paths shall cross once again but not yet" he said

"promise" I started to tear up again

"promise I do", he smiled, "time for you to go young one" I didn't want to leave him but I knew I had to,

"goodbye master, until our paths cross once again,

"until our paths cross" he said as we both closed our eyes and I felt his hand disappear from my face, tears ran down my face as I thought about my master and all the good times we had together, he trained me so well, he was so wise and I miss him, so, so, so much, I want, I need to see him once more.

(not gonna lie I cried while writing this)

HUNTER POV

I woke up earlier than usual, I went out to the main room to see Ella on her knees with her eyes closed, I think she was mediating or something, but she looked, happy, peaceful. I sat down on a nearby seat, I loved how peaceful she looks, I grabbed a book tech had been reading and started reading it before omega woke up and came down from her room.

"what is she is doing?" omega whispered

"meditating I think" I replied

"she looks so peaceful" omega said sitting down on a nearby chair.

after a few minutes of sitting there, I saw Ella started to move, before she opened her eyes and let out a big gasp before falling off her knees and start to tear up why, why was she, I quickly got up and went down and placed my hands on her shoulders.

ELLAS POV

hunter placed his hand on my shoulders and tears ran down my face

"Ella, what's wrong?" hunter asked desperately as he wiped the tears off my face

"I saw him"

"who?"

"I saw my master" I smiled "I haven't seen or heard from him in weeks but I finally saw him" I said as hunter helped me up, omega was right behind hunter and she is so worried, echo and tech walked out of the room with all the bunks

"are you okay?" echo asked as I stopped crying

"I-i don't know" I stuttered, hunter wrapped his arms around me before leading me to sit down, hunter and omega sat on either side of me and tech and echo sat across from me

"what happened?" omega asked

"I was meditating and I saw my master, I haven't seen him since everything happened, we talked and it reminded me of when he used to train me, everyday"

"who was your master?" tech asked

"master yoda"I said

"ma- yoda, isn't he one of the most powerful Jedis" tech said

"yes, he trained because he is the only one who has ever met a mandalorian Jedi before me"

"but didn't you say that mandalorian Jedis haven't around for over three hundred years?" omega asked

"master yoda is over 900 years old, im sure he's met many mandalorian Jedis, that's how he knew how to train me"

"900" omega said in shock

"all species age differently omega" tech told omega

"wow, what was he like?" she asked

"he was wise, when you met him you would think he was weak, but he was so powerful, many times we tried to duel with training lightsabers but every time he quickly overpowered me, only once I got close, but he still claims I cheated" I chuckled

"what were you talking about?" hunter asked

"I was asking him if he was safe, and if we meet again" I said "it only short as having connections with other people during mediation requires a lot of focus and it is very hard to maintain that focus while talking to someone"

after everyone was asleep, I went outside to look amongst the stars, I was so happy that I saw my master once more, it was a small peaceful planet, and the wind breezing past and I sat down on the grass and looked up at the sky, it is quiet, peaceful. the air was thick but smooth. the wind breezing past sounded like song

"until me meet again" the wind whispered

I whispered back

"until we meet again"
