Chapter 19: Attack?

Y/N's POV

I was off to school with my new driver, my pink limo was finally repaired after weeks of waiting. Me and Adam haven't been talking lately, it's been 2 weeks since our fight. I kind of feel guilty with everything that I told him but I decided to keep my pride high and mighty. I mean, I wasn't the only one who said mean things. Don't worry, he's not fired or anything. He was the one that decided to take a break, I was still fine with him being my driver. Not that I care or anything.

"We're here, miss." The driver said, getting off the limo and opening my door for me. I stepped out and waved at Marinette as I saw her standing in front of the entrance. She waved back and beamed her very bright smile at me. I ran up to her, hugging her and greeting her.

"Goodmorning!" Marinette exclaimed.

"Goodmorning to you too!" I said. We broke the hug and walked to our classroom.

"So where's Alya?" I asked her but she shook her head.

"Not here yet! It's still pretty early." Marinette answered.

"Surprising you're here this early." I said giggling with her.

"I know, right? This would be a first!" Marinette said, laughing softly.

"So, are you ready? We'll carry the plan out today, right?" I asked her and she smiled shyly.

"Yeah, I'm pretty excited! I hope it works." Marinette said, blushing as she looked on the ground. Marinette looked pretty as she did that. She looked cute that I had to wipe off the drool on my face. Damn, my omnisexual ass is showing.

As we arrived at the classroom, we both went to our separate seats. Marinette was scribbling down on her notebook and I just put on airpods, listening to music. I rested my head on the table, using both my arms as a pillow before closing my eyes. After a while I felt the classroom fill up with students so I raised my head up and saw everyone entering the classroom. I turned my airpods off and put it in my bag, greeting Alya.

"Hey!" I greeted, waving at the brown haired girl.

"Hey, girl!" she greeted back. I stood up from my seat to go and sit on Alya and Marinette's table.

"So, when's the movie night?" I asked Alya and she smiled as I sat down their table.

"Oh, yeah! It's tonight. Did you ask Adrien's dad about it?" Alya asked. Marinette shifted her gaze from Alya to me. Her eyes looked uncomfortable.

"Is it okay for him to come?" Marinette asked, her voice soft.

"Yeah! I'm sorry, Marinette." I said, apologizing to Marinette.

"No! Don't say sorry, it's not your fault. You already did the best you could." Marinette said, her smile was weak and almost turning to a frown but she shook her head and her smile beamed again. "Anyway! See you tonight? It's in my house!" her voice was jolly now, so I smiled back at her, giving her the same aura.

"Of course! I wouldn't miss it for the world." I answered and Alya giggled. Nino and Adrien finally arrived, greeting us. We all chatted for a bit until Ms. Bustier arrived.

"Okay, settle down." Ms. Bustier started, tapping the bottom of the textbooks she bought on the table. "Let's start today's lesson." by the time she said her last sentence, all of us were already in our own seats. Listening to our new lesson.

After Ms. Bustier's lesson, Mrs. Mandaleya entered our classroom.

"Get your Science textbooks and turn to chapter 17." Mrs. Mandaleya started. We all rummaged through our bags to get our textbook. "Take out your textbooks... quietly." Mrs. Mandelaya added and the whole class suddenly went quiet. I silently took out the book, placing it on my desk and opened the said chapter.
