Somewhere at the end is smut, so you don't have to read it if you're uncomfortable with it. I'll mark it with a "(*)".

"Hayley!" my mum ran to my bed.

"Mum, what are you doing here?" I said shocked.

"The doctor called me that you ended up here. What happened, honey?" she said while putting a hand on my cheek.

"Mum, I'm completely fine. I just got sick and passed out." I wanted to skip the part with the alcohol. She'd get pretty mad about it.

"We found alcohol in her blood." the doctor said. WHY?!

"Alcohol?!" she exclaimed turning over to me.

Before I could say anything Luke already took the blame for it.

"Mrs. Adams, don't blame Hayley. It was all my fault."

"Luke." I said giving him a 'you-don't-have-to-do-that-for-me' look.

"Hayley, I leave the town for a few days and you already do a nonsense." she stared at me trying not to freak out.

"I'm sorry, mum." I said while looking at my hands.

"As the doctor said, you can go home, but..."

There's always a but

"But what?"

"You're coming back to me."

"Mum! Why?" I said sighing.

"Because I sad so! Now get ready. I'm waiting for you outside."

One of the good things about moving in with Dan was that I can finally move out of the house where my overprotective mum is.

She left the room. The doctor came to my bed and removed the tubes from my arms. Then he also left the room.

I got out of the bed and went to the bathroom to fix my hair and clothes. When I got out of the bathroom, Will and Luke were in front of the door.

"Let's go" Will said.

My mum was sitting in one of those plastic chairs that are in hospitals.

"Say goodbye to you friends." she said

I hugged Will and said thanks for giving me a ride here. Then I hugged Luke and gave him a kiss on the cheek.

She took me by my wrist and pulled me away from them. I took away my wrist from her and continued walking on trying to stay away from her.

On the ride home we didn't talk anything. When we came home I laid on the couch.

"Young lady, you have some explains to do." she said while sitting next to my legs.

I didn't say anything.

"Why did you drink alcohol? You know it's bad for you health."

"I was sad, alright? And I'm gonna die anyways, so what?"

"Hayley! Don't say that!"

"Why, mum? We all know it's true, so why are we all running away from it?" I said while sitting up.

She just sighed and didn't answer me.

"Why were you sad?" she said after a while.

"Because Dan cheated on me." I said biting my lip trying not to cry every time I think of it.

"Oh, I'm so sorry, honey" but she wasn't sorry. She hated Dan because she thought that he was bad for me, "But why does Luke say it's his fault?"

"Because he was drinking with me on a party we went to. I asked for it though."
