The sky was painted all the beautiful colors that the universe has been able to discover.
The wind was cool and carrying the voices of timeless joys that would someday be fond memories.
The grass was soft and new, still bearing the innocence of a promising youth.
The air was warm despite the wind, blanketing everything in a comfortable peace.
My eyes were filled with the quiet adventure that the advancing dusk placed in young souls.
My skin was warm to the touch, tingling with the happiness that hung in the air.
My hands were cold, chilled from being still too long.
I smiled.
The feelings of youth washing over me.
The moment hung in the air.
And we were happy.
