Court: So whose coming today?

Jen: The usual crew.

Court: I see.

Jen: What?

Court: no nothing, I figured maybe you would invite Brad.. you know considering yall are friends now.

Jen: yeah he's coming

Court: seriously... I was joking ...so like no heads up at all?

Jen: for what? its no big deal he is coming as a friend. Thats all it is.

Court: Jen ... we haven't seen him in years. Don't you think a little warning would have been nice?

Jen: Gosh court, what is the problem? Should I have included in the group text "oh by the way Brad Pitt is joining our Sunday Funday"

Court: yeah maybe a little disclaimer would have been nice.

Jen: oh my god court, you can't possibly be mad about this.

Court: I'm not. In fact i'm excited to see him.

Court smiles sarcastically.

Jen: Ughh. Just be nice and don't be annoying. I know you two haven't spoke in years. So just keep it respectful.

Court: yeah whatever. You know what I'm actually looking forward to this because then I can see how you both act around each other.

Jen rolls her eyes at Court.

A couple hours later, Sunday Funday is in full swing. Jens talking to the girls while sipping on mimosas.

Andrea chokes on her mimosa.

Jen: Omg, Dre are you good?

Andrea: I'm good, I just ...wasn't expecting him.

They all turn around at the same time.

Jen: you guys stop making this weird.

Court: told yah so... now look at all of them. Their jaws are on the floor.

Jen: ughh. Can you bring them up to speed? Please.

Court: yeah go I got this.

Jen walks over to Brad.

Jen: Hey you!

Brad: Hey!

They both go in for a hug.

Jen: okay so maybe I didn't tell anyone you were coming today. If any of them are acting weird... my apologies.

Brad: Jen, just relax.
