Jen is wrapping up her meeting as she receives a call from Brad.

Jen: Heylo!!!

Brad: hi. wow you sound like you just downed 15 shots of espresso.

Jen: no more like 5, whats up?

Brad: nothing, you free tonight?

Jen: is this a booty call?

Brad: nah. I just wanna hang if you're free, haven't seen you in a week.

Jen: yeah sure Pitt, see you later tonight. oh wait. Is it okay if we stop by at Courts for dinner?

Brad: sure, but whose gonna be there?

Jen: just us and maybe Coco... but she does her own thing.

Brad: hmm okay , let Court know you're bringing a plus one. I'll pick you up?

Jen: sure yeah be here for 7

Brad: see you soon.

Jen is wrapped in her towel fresh out of the shower, getting ready to go to Courts. She walks into her room and sees Brad sitting on her accent armchair.

Jen: ahhh! What the fuck?

Brad: oh i'm sorry did I startle you?

Jen: how the fuck did you get in here?

Brad: I know my way around Aniston. —— You gave me your access code... do you not remember?

Jen: oh ... right. Don't do that shit again, you know how I hate being scared.

Brad: mmm sure, like that's ever stopped me before.

Brad walks over to Jen and pulls her in for an aggressive kiss. Brad lifts her up and seats her on her vanity counter continues to nibble her ear and place kisses down her neck.

Jen: mmm, stop.

Brad: wha— why?

Jen: I'm on my period.

Brad: uhhh okay and?

Jen:  noo I don't feel comfortable doing that.

Brad: we've done it before

Jen: seriously stop it's not the same as before plus we gotta get out soon.

She jumps off the vanity counter and pushes Brad away playfully with her palms towards his chest. She proceeded to get ready while Brad followed her around.

Brad: okay fine you owe me.

Jen: mmm sure, how did your day go?

Brad: rough. Had a meeting with the lawyers, now there is a whole different thing to settle.

Jen: mmm, what like custody or financial?

Brad: financial, property stuff. How was it all so easy the first time around?

Jen: hahaha, well I guess we had a less complicated situation.

Brad: mmm or that you weren't vile.

Jen: don't do that, don't compare. The fact is that there is just so much more on the table than our situation.

Brad: yah.

Jen: can I be honest?

Brad: yah?

Jen: When I first heard about your separation apart of me was relieved.

Brad: that you dodged a bullet?

Jen: no silly, that we never had kids to go through that mess Sorry, I don't mean that in an offensive way ...but for myself. I think it would have been harder for me to cope, or have our kids go through that.
