Hide and seek might not be the best game to play with Baji.
You have two outcomes: either he finds you and pummels you to the ground with verbal attacks, saying you suck at the game or he gets really sad because he can't find you and cries out your name while shedding tears.
You felt so bad that one round you decided to hide behind a thin tree, your head sticking out and eyes staring directly at Baji. You were no farther than a few feet from him.
He couldn't find you the entire round.
"It's okay! You tried your best!"
You were crouched down beside Baji, patting his shoulder lightly while he balled himself up and whined. Mitsuya wanted to slap the shit out of him for acting so immature, holding himself back by facing the other way and observing a tree.
"Maybe we shouldn't have Baji as our seeker- who the hell even made Baji seeker?!"
Mikey looked away, avoiding the stares coming his way. He just wanted a reason to make fun of his friend.
"Chifuyu and Yuzuha will seek for this round! Count for 30 seconds!"
The two look away, counting up from 1. Baji followed after you, not knowing the area too well and scared of getting lost. He still had to make curry tonight for dinner! It's his moms favorite.
"Here, let's hide behind the bush!"
Baji nods, diving head first into the bush and yelping. A branch had crashed against his head, poking him and making a scratch on his cheek. You chase after him, helping him out of the bush and pushing him behind it.
The two of you were bent down behind the bush, Baji holding his aching head and screaming curses. You were glad you'd brought the band-aids.
"Please be more careful..."
Baji only frowns, hearing the yell of Mikey getting caught. You put down the bright yellow band-aid on his cheek, putting the trash into your other pocket and poking your head out from the bush.
A pair of blue eyed stared back at you.
"Caught you!"
Baji groaned, standing up and kicking the bush he'd fallen into just a minute ago.
"I WANNA GO BACK TO UNO!"
You laugh at his side, walking out from your hiding space and going back towards the picnic blanket. Chifuyu followed you with his eyes, ignoring the Baji in front of him who was throwing a fit.
