I could hear my heart pounding so loud. It was about to burst when she finally leaned back and walked off.
"I'm pretty sure she heard that, Hyung." Jimin said laughing as loudly as he could.
She was less than 3 meters away. I shot Jimin a look, and his laughing quickly turned into a single grin. I hated when Jimin did that. Anytime she came around to do my makeup, he laughed and snorted uncontrollably. If he was not quiet, she would figure out my little secret.
Of course, it hadn't been intentionally. How could I have a small—ish , as Jimin might add—crush on a married woman.
MARRIED.
It had been a complete accident! I mean I had barely even spoken to her when my face began to blush around her.
well, of course I had seen her here and there...smiling and looking beautiful—
"Can you part your lips a bit...please." She had doubtingly added in that last bit.
I parted them, and Jimin exploded in laughter as he hurriedly left the room.
"It's alright," I said slowly,"I don't mind if you use honorifics. I think we're around the same age."
She carefully applied red tint to my lips. I couldn't help but stare at her long eyelashes, and the two beauty marks under each of her eyes. Her nose, it had a small bump, and her lips her full and rosy.
Where did Taehyung say she was from? She was obviously foreign, but I had always wondered why she was working in Korea.
"Really?" She hesitated. "I think I'll keep them...I still need practice on using honorifics." She finished with a slight smile.
Dang. Had I just been rejected. No no no, she's probably just uncomfortable.
My cheeks filled with warmth again. But this time, it was only embarrassment that I felt. I needed to make up for it.
"Mrs. Bin, your Korean is perfect, really."
Her smile widened a little.
"Your makeup is done, good luck out there today."
