As if the guards noticed the same thing at the same time, they moved to get me out. I heard loud banging in the back of me and saw the doors behind me are locked and people are desperately trying to get out. The guard by my side ushered me to the locked doors as if when I arrived, they would magically open. I push them off of me and skim the crowd.
What are you doing? Get out of there!

I search with my eyes for one thing.

A guard moved to grab me again but an arrow shot threw his chest and he fell to the floor. Figures in black leather suits appear out of thin air and I tense. They jump out of the bushes and trees that surround us. They have arrows and daggers in their hands. One large figure matching the other comes from a walkway in the back with a giant sack. He then picks up the sack and slams it hard on the floor. Purple smoke exploded from the sack cause the entire area we were to fog up.
People's bodies started to disappear in the smoke and the ability to see in front of you was taken away. I could hear the screams of terrified people and see bodies running back and forth in a panic. Coughs and laughs filled the garden along with worry and fear.
Holy shit
I slowly made my way further into the fog. People in Ion were constantly surrounded by Shotshade so It didn't do much but make me dizzy. I walked over in the direction of the royal platform to see if everyone was okay. I could see the king's body over the queen. I assumed she was passed out because I could no longer hear her giggles. The king turned to his sons and said something. He took his wife's hands and turned them into utter darkness. With the disappearance of their father, the sons each pull out a sword and make their way into the fog.
They didn't seem very affected by the smoke but I wasn't surprised. I had learned in my time at Cillias that the boys were trained for life or death situations and were forced to build immunities to a lot of different poisons. They passed right by me so I assumed they couldn't see me.
Taking off my heels, I followed in the direction they went trying to get further into the crowd. Once in contact with the chairs I hear a scream to my left. The sexy redhead was on the floor crying. Infront of her was a small black figure. Under it's black jacket you could tell that they had breasts wrapped up. They kicked the redhead away and walked right pass me. They seemed more familiar with their surroundings but a little confused nonetheless.
